Family / Re: Is It Right To Say 'Thank Ma' To Your Mother-In-Law After Eating? by Audrinakane(f): 12:40pm On Mar 26, 2017
Seems it is a cultural thing. I am Igbo and I was confused to see people asking why you should say thank you. It is simple courtesy and takes nothing away from you. In Igbo and some other places it is normal and not a big deal and should not be one. It is expected of you to thank your elders after meal and it is not a big deal. After eating you say thank you whether it was your money that was used or not. It is not mandatory and is simple courtesy. Don't do it if you don't want to, nobody is forcing you

hmmm let me see. seeing as one transformed to d other, normally, the magic is supposed to wear off as the (witch) dies, meaning the owl transformed back to a human after dieing, so clearly someone picked the dead owl from the floor, took a photo and dropped it back, then it transformed back to its original human self and all those people stood there while it happened with some taking pictures, RIGHT?, and apparently it happened at two different areas cus the grounds are not the same as someone above me wisely pointed out. HOGWASH.

God bless you so much for this comment.

just to tell u that, there is no physical world without spiritual world,.... spritulism control the physical,.... i just pray they deal with u "first",.... i know your type.... Thomas d unbeliever..... r u wiser than all those watching? i pity u, in african voodoo

Can you please explain the similarities between owl and human being and how the human body can physically turn in a bat and still turn back into human being. How is it possible?. So you are trying to say that someone spiritually turns into a bat and it also affects the physical nature of that person to the extent that the human body will turn another animal.
What kind of mentality is that.

TV/Movies / Re: What Is The Main Purpose And Aim Of Bigbrother Nigeria ? by Audrinakane(f): 1:40pm On Mar 21, 2017
It is called preference and everyone must not like the same thing. It is called entertainment for a reason and that you don't like it does not mean you have to bash those that enjoy it. How many music videos and song lyrics do we hear today that does not promote nudity and sexuality and immorality and yet most people listen and watch them, movies contain sex scenes and nudity yet people pay a lot to see these movies. There may be sexuality in it but they do a lot of projects and interesting tasks that people can learn one or two things from. If you don't like it then don't criticise those that do and it is rated 18. It is called choice.

I read all comments on this thread and only shook my head!!!

Most of you commenters don't know what happening! Saying 120k for a container shop is expensive or the woman was foolish paying that for a container shop!

In ANY business, your office/shop is Priority 1, that where your clients/customers would come find you. You want her to arrange the pure waters and Meatpies/ChinChin in an open space with dust flowing freely on her wares? When nigth falls, how does she cover/secure the wares? Start carrying bags of pure water to her house? Put the snacks showcase on her head!!!

Now for the container price part. I know must of you guys are made, got your own house and cars! Anyone post how much it costs to construct and erect a 2-Motor CarPort, with little research, it costs about N100k to N130k - If a car port can cost up to that, then you look at that woman's shop and say she's foolish? No! maybe you should ask yourself whose really foolish!

Saying she used most of the money for shop and could continue on what she is supposed to sell?

Ok, she could go to a Dealer to get a gallon on G.Oil, Flour, Sugar, Butter etc on credit, when the business moves, she pays them and restart the cycle till she can start building up better. Pure water dealers give bags of water on credit, knowing well you have a shop and in the business environment.

Who would let out a shop on credit? Would the welders build the shop on credit?

I am sure the woman already scanned her environment and picked that even before asking jazzy for assistance. You can never know much more than she does. So quit talking ill of the wise lady. Most of you with so much and lavish it on unreasonable things. Give a help!! Even if na prayer dem give you, e go dey follow you!

My 2kobo Contribution! (Grammar checkers are welcomed) grin

Gbam. Thank you so much for this your comment, very reasonable. People think it is easy and 250k is huge money until they are given the money. Most can not even utilize it like she did. Your comment just made my day.
