It happened to my mum. Immediately she heard amputation, she left the hospital to treat it elsewhere. She later passed on because it has spread to other parts. Do the needful as advised by the doctor. Your brother is healed in Jesus mighty name. |
Education › Re: Things You Should Stop Doing In Life For Your Self-respect by aurecia: 6:45pm On Sep 03, 2023 |
Nkem96: 1. Stop begging for love or attention - I live by the principle “If they wanted to they would”. Don't form excuses for their behaviors, they show you who they are accept it and leave.
2. Stop going to places where you aren't invited or valued - doesn't matter how much you enjoy with them don't hang out if your presence isn't appreciated.
3. Stop trying to change others - that's the worst thing you can do to yourself. I will change him or her. No. You are not their mommy, invest in yourself for your goal. They are wrong, but they might be right for someone else. Find who is right for you.
4. Stop giving explanations - to ones who don't matter to you or will not matter in the coming years. Stop. Let them have whatever opinions they want to have about you, don't entertain them. Not worth it.
5. Stop putting others before you - as long as they aren't your parents or siblings. No one cares about that charity behavior when there is competition. First, save yourself then help others. This won't make you selfish at all. Show charity and a selfless attitude where it is needed. Leaving opportunities for others, umm I won't suggest. You got that opportunity because you deserve it, go and make the best out of it. And don't forget to wish good for others. Stay humble and grounded.
Hope this helps. Keep smiling . Thanks for this great piece. |

NaughtyBrainiac: I am not sure about the Credibility of this Statistics. Nevertheless, we know unemployment rate is high in Nigeria.
We understand that our Leaders have been a big problem over the years but we the people also need to constantly check ourselves and try to do better.
1. We are broke and we still bear children like Pigs. Why won't unemployment rate be high.
2. Family members will not be able to raise N1,000,000 or borrow N1,000,000 for you to start a Business but they can raise N5,000,000 for your wedding ceremony.
The list goes on and on so true |

[quote author=shine12 post=124668785]I have created this post to start an initiative of offering assistance to individuals who are unknown to me. Every week, I aim to send 10,000 Naira to a Nigerian stranger(I will pick an account number at random if there is more than one), as I understand the challenging situation in Nigeria. This small gesture is my way of giving back to my country, even though I am currently living abroad. I have the means to consistently afford this amount, even when facing unpaid bills, as it is less than £10.
Most of my siblings are also living outside Nigeria, and through this initiative, I hope to extend a helping hand to those in need back home. I find fulfillment in anonymous giving, acts that only God recognizes and rewards.
Through this platform, I wish to continue being a blessing, in my own small way, to any Nigerian in need, regardless of tribe, language, or religion. I am not seeking any personal information from anyone, nor do I want this page to be a platform for scams. Only post an account number or send your account number as a DM. Once you receive the alert, come back here to mention the alert received so I am sure you have the funds.
My desire is to offer genuine help and support to fellow Nigerians, spreading a spirit of compassion and unity. Together, we can make a difference and alleviate the burdens faced by those less fortunate in our beloved country.
Let us come together and embrace the joy of giving without expecting anything in return. May we all find ways, no matter how small, to make a positive impact on the lives of others. .3039604836.first bank. Arubi anna rachel |

angelEmade: ...the sugar in a plate of semo, amala, akpu, pounded yam, etc. Will amount to about a box of cube sugars. The irony here is that the glucose and other monosaccharides in these drinks are a form of carbohydrates just like the disaccharides in complex sugars like sucrose (normal sugar) . Although all carbohydrates are reduced to glucose and consequently glycogen which are stored in the liver in complex metabolism reactions in the body, you cannot exactly compare these simple sugars to normal sugars. . And ironically, the malt we so much prefer to soda drinks contain Maltose which are complex sugars. A molecule of maltose can comparatively yield two molecules of monosaccharides in these soda drinks. . My point is that starch and carbohydrates like corn syrups and the foods I mentioned up there are much worse than these drinks. And although their intake should be controlled...it would be a futile endeavour if you keep supplementing them with excess starchy foods. . Malt is not a saviour either. great write up.so true. |

Reminderz: while this might be true sometimes in order to add some spark in the relationship, it's not necessary to make the union lasts longer... sometimes you just have want to be left alone and when you begin seeing much of each other, you tire yourselves out...
to make the relationship more interesting, mystery and doing unpredictable things keeps the flame burning... doing new things and shuffling with the old. true.absence makes the heart fonder. |
