Omo. My s10 plus was stolen almost the same way around june. You can only track your phone if the location is on. Since june it was showing in my find my phone app until last week that it disappeared. Which means they had found a way to bypass that gmail stuff

I called the number inside the phone... It'll ring and they'll switch it off.. I was even sending messages for them to name their price..so I can pay and have my Sim back and phone.. Nobody is responding.. I gave up when I installed another whatsapp on the phone I'm using right now and the whatsapp go through..which means they already format the phone.

Another Whatsapp will install regardless of if the the phone was formatted or not. Don't lose hope yet.

For the note 20ultra, do you have "find my phone" turned on?

If yes, you can still access it remotely and erase or block it completely. You can also trace it as well.

Xiaomi mi 9t or k20 for sale 6/128 got it u.s used, used for 3 months before getting another phone phone is faultless, may show minor signs of use, battery is in normal working condition. one of the best android phone i have used with value for money. great processor, great camera, great design, fantastic display (no notch), feels premium, under display fingerprint scanner had plans of keeping as a back up phone but money is needed, phone only, no other accessories price is slightly negotiable buy with confidence
