LasgidiOnline: Amazon has overtaken Google and Apple to become the world’s most valuable brand at $315.5 billion, according to the BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brand ranking 2019.
https://www.lasgidionline.com.ng/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/valuable-brands-LASGIDIONLINE-1024x1024.jpg
Technology companies have always dominated the list, with Microsoft taking the top spot when BrandZ began in 2006. This year, Alibaba overtook Tencent to become the most valuable Chinese brand. ⠀
Tech, finance and retail brands dominate the overall ranking, making up more than two-thirds of its value, while luxury is the fastest-growing category.⠀
To qualify for the ranking, brands must be publicly traded, or publish their financial results. BrandZ’s list combines measures of brand equity based on interviews with more than 3 million consumers about thousands of brands, with analysis of each company’s business and financial performance.⠀
The full list below;
1. Amazon $315.5 billion 2. Apple $309.5 billion 3. Google $309 billion 4. Microsoft $251.2 billion 5. Visa $177.9 billion 6. Facebook $159 billion 7. Alibaba $131.2 billion 8. Tencent $130.9 billion 9. McDonald’s $130.4 billion 10. AT&T $108.4 billion
https://www.lasgidionline.com.ng/2019/07/amazon-beats-apple-google-worlds-most-valuable-brand.html The smallest company on this list is probably worth more that the 10 biggest companies in Nigeria put together |

Abeys1: We are into mining of solid minerals and we supply our product to ceramic company owned and operated by Chinese in Ogun State. We presently have a 9 figure contract we are servicing. We need investors to sponsor haulage /transportation of the material from Ibadan where the mine site is located to Igbessa. It cost N4500 to transport 1 tons from mine site to the factory. We shall return N4700 after payment is made (payment takes 3-5 days including Sunday).
I will not be comfortable to share documents here but I'll provide you with list of documents am prepared to share via mail.
1. Supply Contract from the ceramic company 2. 18 months bank statement 3. All relevant CAC documents. 4. 18 months invoices 5. Pictures and videos of our operations
Also, a visit to the ceramic company to have us verified, perhaps meet with the procurement manager and also director.
A visit to the mine site to witness our operations first hand.
We are actually looking for an investor that could handle 1000 tons, N1,000,000 will only transport 220tons, thus we are inviting more investors that might be interested. Considering the track record of the organizations prompt payment which can be verified by juxtaposing our invoices with bank statement, you are guaranteed to rollover your investment at least 4 times in a month.
Regards, A. Lawal. 08139354976 WhatsApp & calls. The initial N1 million has already been invested in a business that qualified based on the criterion provided. However, the investible funds have been enhanced by another sum of N1.5 million and this will be invested in business(es) that can show good prospects backed by integrity of the promoter. Please provide answer to the following questions What is the cost of 1 ton of raw materials? What is the cost of haulage of 1 ton from the quarry to the company? What is the profit for selling 1 ton based on the contract with the ceramics company? |

(This is a product we have been working on for over 3yrs) We developed a product, which is 10 mins jollof rice meal. It takes only 10mins to get it cooked ,thereby saving time, energy, money and resources an average jollof rice consumer spends to get a rice meal fully prepared. However,We have a huge ready market(between the range of children to adult) for our products and that's why we need capital to purchase a machine, and our packaging wraps. adebayo4ng: We are Elganora Limited. we are into Agro commodities and Solid minerals trading. We have various opportunities available at hand but the one I want to throw open is that of Soyabeans cultivation in Kwara North.
High points *Land leased and Cleared 20 hectares *Seeds available for planting *Land is very fertile, fertilizer not needed. *Our funds is hanging that's why we are cash trapped * Investment funds needed 960,000 for ploughing, planting, chemical and Labour for a period of 4 months.
Projected output (good yield) 1,000kg/hectare 20 hectare = 20,000kgs
Bad yield 800kg/hectare 20 hectare = 16,000kgs
Projected selling price Based on last year's price, we project that the lowest and highest price possible for pickup this year to be 115/kg and 125/kg respectively.
if you are interested help do the maths and let's discuss.
Note: Am posting this because am running out of time. Preferably someone with a basic knowledge of farming or agro trading is preferable. If we can't plant this month there is no point.
Anyone who is interested but without the basic knowledge can still get in touch but we might not be able to do business because of the time frame so everything can be arranged against next year. thanks

Kenni700: Hi @aussig.
My business has every requirement that you have asked for. Although we are looking at N2m, but we can deal if you certify us okay on your terms and conditions.
We produce cake toppers and a new innovative type of teaching aids for schools.
1.Cake Toppers. We produce a minimum of 15,000 cartoon character cake toppers and we have upto 7 major distributors in Lagos alone. We have buyers in Abuja, Kaduna, Akure, Benin City and Warri. After seeing the markets, we realize that cartoon toppers are only limited to children's party. Hence we have developed toppers for adults as well which is in high demand.
2. Teaching Aids. Our teaching aids looks very foreign in nature and quality which alot of schools have keyed into them while some schools have added them to their curriculum. We have only produced one teaching aid which are numbers. But after seeing the request from the Nigerian market, we have decided to add Alphabets, Shapes, Colors, Animals (both wide and domestic), Continents of the World and Map of Nigeria.....all these are colorful flash card teaching aids that makes learning fun for school children from the ages of 2-6 while it makes teaching easier for the teacher.
We have a bank statement to back all our transactions, we have a collateral at hand, we have products we produce with one raw material, our business has been registered as a limited liability company since 2008.
We have several pictures to show for our works. Hoping to get your response. I will contact you on WhatsApp using your number 0.8.0.5***9.8.4.2 |

Dangrace01: I see that you have the skill in analyzing business so ill like you to analyse this biz to see what can go wrong The idea is simple become an outgrower for dangote / dansa tomato processing plant. Dangote is planting a new type of tomato strand that can produce x7 of any amount of tomato your land can produce and he is giving it out to outgrowers to plant. The idea is become an out grower for dangote tomato plant kano I am considering getting land in zaria/kaduna. There are two ways to get land. I can easily collect in kaduna state to farm or we sign contract with tomato farmers cooperative where we supply them with seedlings and ferterlizer and they the farmers do the farming during harvest the produce is divided into two Dansa/dangote processing plant buys tomato in kilogram not in basket that is why tomato farners don’t like selling tomato to the factory, farmers prefer selling in basket in open market because price could climb up very fast. I see this idea as a long term plan because I observed dangote cbn governor and audu ogbeh are working on banning importation of tomato paste Here is my submission but first I have a few questions... Has the new tomato strand been tested in Nigeria/ Is the weather conducive for it? How many companies were contracted to supply tomatoes to the factory? Does the contract have an exclusivity clause? Risks of buying from farmers - You must have contracts with the various farmers that states that they must sell a certain percentage of the yield to you (To minimize risk of diversion) - You must also have a written contract with the offtaker Dansa/Dangote Group with a clause that states that they cannot buy that particular strand of tomato from the farmers but only from you - There is also the risk that there will be bad weather which could affect the crop yield and cause you to loose money - You must be ready to supply the farmer with new seedlings of the crop every planting season therefore you need to be sure you will have guaranteed supply - The tomatoes usually must be delivered to the factory within the shortest time once they have been harvested, therefore you must have the means to do this once you take delivery - You must have an arrangement that guarantees you supply of fresh tomatoes all year round therefore the farmers must be planting new crops at each point in time - There is also the risk that a new government could decide to change policy and lift the ban on imported tomato; this could have an adverse effect on your investment Risks of owning the farm and planting the tomatoes yourself - Before venturing into this you must have a contract with the offtaker Dansa/Dangote Group which must state that they must buy tomatoes from you so long as it meets the agreed quality standard - You will need to commit more resources upfront eg buying or leasing the farmland, equipment etc - Do you have any prior farming experience? If you do not then venturing in on a large scale is very risky except you go into partnership with an experienced person who is willing to commit time and resources like you. - You must also make sure that the land you get is very large so you can take advantage of economies of scale - Running a farm of such magnitude means you need to make out time to supervise the operations until the farm becomes stable - There is the risk of crop failure which could lead to losses - You are more likely to make more money running the farm but you have more risks to bear since you will be handling the entire value chain - There is also the risk that a new government could decide to change policy and lift the ban on imported tomato; this could have an adverse effect on your investment |

Yes I reside in the state which I have in mind for the eye clinic (permanently to be precise) There’s a limitation to what optometrist can do, in terms of pathology.. there’s no way any optometrist can perform any surgery (legally) and If the ophthalmologist isn’t around, there’s always another. These two are two very different bodies with two very different duties. I already put Currently about N330k in the procurement of the some of the major equipments that I’ll be needing.
