It can be difficult, and can be easy. It all depends on the zeal to learn it. A lot of Nigerians speak it like they're Russians LOL!

Give it 1 hour a day , go out meet people and practices it. But IF you come through study permit. You'll be taught Russna for one year.

Lol... Nigeria in particular has a lot of rats that can perform similar feats if not more. The household rats in Naija will not just win gold medals but would have gone on to set records in Cambodia. Even with rat gums, Naija rats will mount on it and use it for skating.

An African ‘Magawa’ giant pouched rat, has won a Gold Medal from the British veterinary charity People’s Dispensary for Sick Animals (PDSA) for its work in sniffing landmines in Cambodia.

Cambodia over decades of war and conflicts left the country with unexploded landmines and other explosives that still have the capability to kill or injure people in the country.

Cambodia in its effort to clear the landmines and other unexploded explosives contracted the services of the Magawa.

Magawa is an African giant Rat trained in the skills of sniffing landmines and explosives.

Prince Ned Nwoko, husband of Nollywood young Actress, Regina Daniels’ has finally opened up on rumors that he’s dating actress, Chika Ike and plans to make her his 7th wife.

Recall that a particular blogger had appeared on a YouTube channel tagged “Pizzy Vibes” claiming that Regina’s mother, Rita Daniels, made a video where she expressed anger with Chika.

Shortly before the said blogger came on the screen, an anonymous female voice was heard, in Pidgin English, seemingly quoting from an alleged video made by Rita Daniels complaining thus “Chika Ike leave my pikin husband for me o. Leave my pikin husband, if not I go enter spiritual for you.”

At the Russian Embassy they may have a translator. But if they do not have then you have to send me the docucuments and i will take it to a translation agency, they will translate and Notarize it. then i'll send back you via DHL.
YungLasaint:
Thank you for your your response and breaking it down.

Will I translate the document to Russia or here in Nigeria?
TravelRe: Nigerian In Russia-my Experience So Far by Austeen007(op): 10:22pm On Sep 24, 2020
Let do the feasibility math. 113k rubles X 5.5= 621k naira.

BTA which is pocket money LOL! 1k USD = 480k more or lesser depend the sharp rise or fall of dollar against Naira.

Flight you can get 380k more or less depending on exhange rate.

TOTAL= 1.481,000

But if the school demands you to translate your documents in to Russian Language it means you'll pay for translation and Notarization of those documents.

apart from that 1.5 m will get here. Make room for miscellenous.

YungLasaint:
angry grin No na I no fit go Russia to come pass go Germany or even think of drugs. My reputation is do important to me than anything.

If 1.5 will do that will be great and it will be my pleasure to study and start my life there.

1.5 can do all that for you.

Lol Most Nigerians comes here with the mentality of dealing in drugs or to escape to germany. When they dont find the connections they get tired and carry their back and go back to Nigeria. When you ask them they'll say that country no follow. LOL!

To get more info i'll be updating my blog often and also setting up a youtube channel where i will drop more about Russia. it's going to be a very valueable content.

WAEC IS ACCEPTED IN ALL THE RUSSIAN UNIVERSITY.

And for their Imigration they only need to see your visa and they'll quick hand you an immigration card. Thier Immigration can't be like Nigeria Na. Russia is a very advanced country, and a tourist country. the most visited country in Europe and Eurasia and their hospitality is top notch.

You wont have issues with the immigration except you're suspected to be a terrorist LOL! But the school will give you further guidance .

Russia values students here a lot. Even their police as long as you're a student will give you a top class treatment.
YungLasaint:
Okay thank you OP for your quick response.

Firstly the course I intended to study ranges from 113,000 rubble per year, so can 1.5m be enough for the first year including flight ticket and other itinerary then when I land I look for job to use and survive while I learn the language?

Why on earth will I even carry such drug into Russia. I'm going to study so I can't involve my name in that.

Right now my spirit dey Russia e remain my body oh. Let me use this year and next and gather money. God no go shame us

Thanks Mr Austeen007 for this thread and please if you have any information on scholarship you let me know.

I applied to some universities and their response was that they have close for this semester. Do you know if I can use my WAEC to apply for bachelor degree?

For the immigration I wanted knowing their procedures if they operate like Nigerian immigration. And which documents will they need to see on my arrival.

Gracias

You're Old Fashioned bro. Ther German Neo Nazi Movement in Russia and Or the SkinHeads are no more in Existence since Putin tooks power. Any yeye movement in Russia " white Supremacy, German Neo Nazi, the skin heads etc have all their leaders in jail and if you try any stupid cultism in Russia the following night FSB will crack your cult down.

Try to update yourself with the current Russia and stop spreading old fashioned information. I live in Moscow and i can tell you more about Russia.

They are racist everywhere but i have lived in Russia for 3 years now and haven't experinced it. and will never experience it.

In Russia if you're reported over racist action you will go to jail for it.

Russians are mixed ethnicity, Germans, the Arab Asians, and the real Russians are the slavs. so to understand Russian you must understand their structure.

Take for instance, Nigeria, if calabar and hausa's does something bad would you say it all Nigerians? Youruba and igbo people will exclude themselves from such acts.

So in Russia we know they culprits.

Like during the height of covid 19 The uzbeks, Tajik and kazakhs in Russia will wait for you immediately you step out of the groccery store, they will snatch the bag from you.

Whn i was watching it on TV my Russian wife and her friend said Tajik.

Those guy are the ones mostly involved in most of the things you here about Russia.

and for the Germanic neo nazi protest in Russia. The RUssian Govt of Putin has decimated them long ago and their leaders cooling off in jail.

and any kind of such groups that tries to raise it heads is cracked down by the FSB the next day.

So Russia is ok and Nigerians that has the proper documentions are Enjoying it.

LOL don't mind those lies Virgin Passport LOL. Well, that could be applicable if you're applying for tourist visa. And they would want to be sure that you have travelled to other countries on tourism and returned back to your country. If your passport is a virgin passport and you have provided all the required documents, there's a fat chance to be granted a tourist visa into Russia.

But in the case of study permit and working permit it has nothing to do with virgin passorts.

Age doesn't affect a study visa except you're a minor, then you need a certain written and signed consent from your parents.
iamajiiii:
is it true that Russia don't give Visa to virgin passport ?

can age affect student Visa for Russia?

pls I will be so happy to hear from you sir

Now people don't read about a country from western media, they read from people who have really travelled to this countries, lived their for a while and can write their experiences and trouble and how to avoid them.

Thats why we have what is called travel bloggers.

and the latest suggestion now is that to know about a country don't use google, because google ranks thw westerns propaganda on the ist 10 to 20 pages of it search to make people believe their political propaganda.

So to know more about Russia any other country ask people who lives in the country and willing tell you the truth, the bad, and their survival tips.

I know a couple friedns that visited Russia during the world cup they were like wow! Wow!! WoW!!! so the west has been lying to us? Oh my God!

Today they are waiting for the covid-19 to clear so they can apply for student permit to visit Russia again because they came and saw something different from what the western propaganda have been suggesting for years.

The wordl is global now, they western propaganda is futile now.

Travelling is Education My father will often say. If i havent travelled to Russia i'd have sat down in Nigeria reading the ist 10 pages of western propaganda agaisnt Russia and believing it
YungLasaint:

You can study in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Dolgaprudny, Chelabynsk, Obininsk.

The lowest school fee i have seen in Russian Universities is around 75,000 rubles but this is dependent on the course of choice and the institution you wish to study in.

When i went to Russia i flew Emirate, but the agent that booked the flight swindled me of 520k naira, untill i came to Russia and saw my Russian woman booking flights. There i saw how Nigerian agents have been swindling Nigerians like me.

You can budget atleast 350k naira or little more above for flight, to and fro. And BTA of 1000 dollars or above but in general if you're bring up to 10 thousand dollars into Russia you must present it to the Russian immigration officers at the entrance to be cleared. If the liquid money exceeds 10k USD it is condidered money Laundry.

You can get a job in Russia in your first year. The new law allows students to work without permit. But if the new law doesn't apply strongly you can seek a working permit from your institution and work in the schools organization or affiliates.

The IT sector in Russia is very advanced and you need to have a proper skills which includes knowing and speaking Russian. Though you could be lucky, if you're smart enough to device a survival strategy to compete.

You can still work with your Nigerian clients, the world is globe now, you can connect and work with your clients from any part of the world right from your computer.

I myself designs website for my Nigerian clients while living in Russia. So you can as well do better by using the cheap internet and the uniterupted electricity supply to build and achieve your goals.

In regard to the Russian scholarship, their's a Quota which everyone who wish to study in Russia have to compete. I think Russia gave Nigeria about 2-5% of the quota last i checked. I may be wrong with the figures of % percentage, but i know their's a quota for Nigerian nationals. But you must go through competition.

"which airline is cheaper?" i wouldn't be able to lay emphasies on the cost flight bookings. It depends on some factors, like your lugages, the class, and the type of airline and the routes and stops. I flew Emirate and only had a wonderful stop at the Dubai airport, from which we exchanged to another emirate airline headed to Moscow it was a almost a 6hour flight from Dubai to Domododevo airport in Moscow.

When coming to Russia dont carry with you Cocaine, cannabis, SK, if you;re carrying any drugs or syrup that contains codeine, ephedrine or any other opium extract, it must be accompanied by a notable doctors prescriptions.

Don't bring in Porn Movies recorded on a CD or DVD, Guns, Military Knives or gadgets related to the military.

You can come with your red oil, egwusi, ogbono, garri, dried fish, stock fish, etc. You only have to deal with the Nigeria's greedy immigration officers that will share your oil and Egwusi into 2 and tell you it is too much to be taken abroad, or accuse you of going to sell it in Russia.

God knows they'll take it home and make soup with it.

Their Immigration procedure? Please put this question properly so i'd understand what exact answers you seek in this category.

YungLasaint:
God bless you @OP I still have questions base on study route.

How much can one budget when coming for studies and can I get a job the first year to support myself?

I can still be working with my Nigerian client bah?

How is the IT sector there in terms of getting hired as a developer?

From the Study In Russia website the info I saw is that the govt scholarship is very competitive. Do you have any advice about this?

Which airline is more affordable and which city is quite affordable?

When coming to Russia what and what should we carry and not carry?

How is their immigration procedures?

Expecting a quick response from. Thank you
