2 Things has to be done;
1. Fiscal Federalism with States as power houses controlling mining, explorations, sales and governance of states with taxes to Abuja.
2. Return to Pre-1914, pre-amalgamation; I didnt say split the country, I actually meant, return to how we were before 1914 and start discussing if we want to continue and what are the terms of the union.

These killings will not end, because the Humans working at Federal Govt level are masterminds sympathetic to the killers. They even sponsor killings at Kaduna, they sponsor Boko Haram and they displace their kids all over our streets to beg for arms, the rest are security guards at our gates.
