I followed the advice of golden Dr,upload and other honourable members and submitted my CV to schools within my vicinity. Luckily for me, one of the schools I went to actually needed teachers and the director there even asked me how I knew that they needed teachers and asked if I knew any teacher in the school.I was invited for interview the following week.During the interview, was asked to prepare a lesson note after which the salary negotiation began.The principal and the director told me that they could only afford to pay me 23k.I accepted the offer because of the following reasons:
(1)The school is not far from my house.......so I won't spend a kobo on transport
(2)I don't having any job currently...in fact,I needed a job badly as sitting @ home alone can drive someone crazy
(3)I need more experience to add to my CV...I discovered that most schools consider experience even before looking @ your qualification
(4)Teaching job to me is just a means to an end...I desire to pursue a career in lecturing...so teaching job is a stepping stone to my dream job.
I was given an offer to teach civic education... My area of specialization
Would start work when schools resume next month.

Been waiting for an update for this phone since February o. Tecno said they were going to release a Marshmallow upgrade in February. March is about to end and still nothing from them. Fingers crossed sha. Planning on getting a Samsung as my main phone and keeping this as my hobby phone.

It's in stages. The first one is the written test which comprises maths, English, verbal reasoning and current affairs.
Once you pass that you will be called for micro teaching then oral interview.
Please dress corporately. You will be marked on appearance.
You should not bargain less than 50k but it depends on your qualifications and experience.

Relax o jare. You will still get approval from both dept and faculty as well as pg approval before you will be issued admission letter but only if all ur docs and transcripts have gotten to the pg college.

Or the deadline you are referring to means few weeks after opening of website for registration?

Deadline i'm referring to is the one on the admission letter. What i'm saying is if you can't get the money before the deadline elapses, no cause for alarm. You can pay whenever you have it. But I emphasized that if you want a pg accommodation, then you have to pay your fees within that time let's just say before the portal for allocation is opened. It is then you can apply for accommodation and it's not free of charge.

When is the deadline of payment for both school fees and acceptance. I'm moving my family and office over to ife. I'm on full time. My family is quite a crowd means my budget is high.

There's no deadline. But if one wants the pg accommodation, then you need to pay within the deadline.

Semi full time like yours 2-3days a week. Most pt are weekends only. Unmm class rep full time work and all done. Show us the way when we get started. You didn't come from lagos or abuja though(work in I mean)

Hmmmm. Whether it's 2 or 3 times a week, it's full time. because u will still do seminars on a separate day so that makes four days a week.
Some depts have lectures throughout the week, it depends on ur dept.

I left Abuja for Ife and got a job in Ife. Though it was a tug of war between my employer and I but Godwin
