CrispNG: Tell us about your book, ‘Eat to Wealth’ and what inspired it.

When people hear ‘wealth’ they immediately start thinking about money, while that is good, there is a very big connection between your eating and feeding and productivity; you’re able to save money that would have been spent treating diseases. The popular ‘Health is Wealth’ phrase is synonymous to ‘Eat to Wealth’.

During my undergraduate years as a medical student, I observed that a lot of the diseases that people came down with were preventable, and from my research, reading and even going through a nutrition certification course I saw that people lacked the information and when they do, they don’t have access to the right information on how to eat healthy in a sustainable manner. I’m emphasizing the word, sustainable manner because it has to be something that you can do repeatedly, as it should be long-term or habitual.

In a recent report by Picodi, the cost of internet usage in Nigeria has been highlighted as one of the highest among countries around the world. My name is Godfirst Chidera Ahiabuike. My journey through life had been complicated but it all orchestrated to the shaping of my destiny. Nigerian rapper Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji aka Oladips, 28 has been confirmed dead.

On Monday, the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) announced that it has finalized arrangements to conduct Computer-Based Examinations (CBE) for candidates taking its examination.

Moyosola Adesina, the acting Head of Public Affairs at WAEC, stated that the incorporation of Computer-Based Testing (CBT) will begin with the WASSCE for Private Candidates, 2024 – First Series, scheduled for February 2024.

1. Exam Date: The Computer-Based Test for private candidates taking the West African Senior School Certificate Examination is scheduled to commence in February 2024.

Usually, the examination council conducts two exams each year.
