has the competition been extended to march 31st because i just came across this and i am interested.

I am currently in katsina and i can testify that these people dont watch over their children properly,you will see kids of 3 or 4 on d streets,without supervision,kids of 6 or 7 outside d house after 5pm..if the parents kept this little child in the house more this could have been prevented,i genuinely pray that arewa in general learns from this,children should always be under supervision until they know wrong from right,where to stand and where not to stand,where to sit and where not to sit,where to go and where not to go,i can never forget the day a certain little girl wondered from her parents house into my compound and sat down near the gate,i saw something come in but thought it was d guy in the next room,she was on d floor close to the gate for atleast 5 hours.nobody looked for her,nobody searched for her,i and my friends were now the ones who went from house to house searching for her parents

It saddens me whenever i hear people say such things,i once came across a post concerning a rape video and such comments like "what is she doing in his house" and "she shouldn't have dressed immorally" flood the place..its crazy-i see girls dressed in barely nothing walk past the street everyday-its nothing,its the girls choice to wear whatever she chooses,wether shez a muslim or christian doesnt matter-the male however has a choice too,he either minds his freaking business and keeps on going or he behaves foolishly by having forceful intercourse with her-the case is even worsened by the laws guiding this issue,-its obvious that if medical reports prove that the man really did have forceful intercourse with her then the maximum punishment should be the death penalty..but our sick � country is too backward to focus on the important issues affecting women and children

i came across a few kids in my neighborhood,i have heard of such things happening but i didn't believe it until i saw it with my own eyes,thin,hungry looking children who couldn't be more than 8 years old individually were scrapping through trash trying to find something to eat,it literally broke my heart,these kids are called almajiris and they are sent away from their homes to devote their lives to learning ,practising and teaching islam. Unfortunately,things don't usually go the path they are meant to so most of them end up at this point,scrapping through trash searching for food. On many mornings i was woken up by their cries of hunger,begging for food,they have never begged for a place to stay or for shoes to cover their feet,they only beg for food ,yet people ignore their cries,their hungry sad cries for food,i give whenever i have but they keep coming back,because it almost seems am the only one who is giving.
I seriously think this logic of sending children out to go fend for themselves in the name of devoting life to Allah is barbaric because its not done in the right way,i cant stop the almajiri logic of most people but i can help and i beg you to help too.
