During the existence of Old Eastern region, only two governors were black.
One is from present day Ebonyi (Akanu Ibiam) while the other is Ojukwu.
Have you seen anybody from Enugu complaining?

The Ebonyi I know was formed from Enugu and Abia state, that is Abakaliki and Afikpo divisons respectively. So if Abakaliki division was marginalised then i don't see how it is inferiority complex, afterall igbos are crying of marginalisation in Nigeria , does that mean igbos have inferiority complex?
