I want to quit farming because of the great loses I encountered due to my staffs mismanagement because i am not always there to monitor.
I currently have 347 Big Old layers left for sale. Please anybody interested should contact me.
I would also like to sell my farm also at a very affordable price... I Have my genuine land documents and would also take the buyer to the Chief of the village to confirm the change of ownership.. I have spent up to 2.5m on the farm project generally but if i get an offer for 800k. I would sell off the farm and remaining Old layers all together.
The is farm is 7 plots of land, farm has water, spacious pen, 6 Units of Galvanised battery cage i bought september last year . it can take 540 birds, little feed crusher, uninstalled pumping machine.
The Road to the farm is always graded because it leads to a quarry site.. The farm is at Oseile in abeokuta. just 5 minutes drive from the college of education.

sorry i listed the farrm for sale because i was sad about my experience. i want to take things slow and shut down any farming activity on the farm for now and sell of the birds. as i said the cost of starting the farm was 3.5m and i am getting offers from nairaland users for 500k. thats a real bad offer. i might as well dash the farm to the needy if thats the only offer on ground
when things settle i will relist the farm for sale definately cuz i dont want to do farming business ever again

finally in london. i did not call them oo. i went their office at walter carrighton v.i to complain and they told me to wait. i waited for like 3 hours and i got the visa.we were 3 people that complained and got visa. though i took my dad alone with me so that i could get proper attention so that they wont overlook me.

I was at the BDHC today at lagos and i told them that i av a deadline for 2maro.i was let in and i was told to wait for like 3 hours and behold, I RECIEVED MY VISA.i will be flying 2maro morning.i pray i dont have immigration problem.p.s if u are under 20 years go with a matured person probably ur mum or dad so that u can get proper attention. I applied on the 15th of september

We that are awaiting visa.i pray we get an update today.

I went to vfs and i was told my passport is not among the ones they recieved yesterday.i was told to check back on wednesday.about the pardon,my sister in the school is working out something for me.she said if i could get it next week things might still work out well.

Please i need to know if the BHC gives visa after school extension is over.my extension ended yesterday.but i was told if i can get it next week i could be pardoned by the school.

I was at the bhc in victoria island and was directed to vfs for collection today.

Please urgent reply please.i went to BHC Lagos today to complain bout my visa and i was told that it wil ready for pick up tomorrow.im also supposd to resume tomorrow by 5.pm lately.i was not given any extension at all.  my CAS arived 2 weeks ago also. Should i travel a day after my resumption or what? Please should i risk it cuz its a very close

since i was also told to defer which i am going to do today.since i havnt gotten visa before i defered the admission,i want to know if its going to affect the visa that im going to recieve later.or i should just forget about the visa application i made and wait for vfs go give me back my passport to i reapply for visa concerning january admission?

Pleace is it advisable for me to wait till i get the visa then ask from my school whether they can help me with any document to present to the ukba when i get to the uk? Can something like this done?

No i havent contacted the BHC.my status is still the same.please i would like to ask. If am to get my visa next week and i defer my admission, will the visa be valid for that time or i will have to reaply cuz i defered my admission

Dont just know what is happening to me this afternoon whether im going crazy.i mailed my school ealier today for a week extension and i was told no extension.i was told to resume before 5.00pm on friday.i applied for my visa on the 15th of this month and i av not gotten any news yet.i have just tomorrow left.loosing this opportunity is the worse thing that can happen to me after all my run around troubles making sure things are fine.gosh my head aches!

Please has anyone called the BHC lately? Cuz i want to know which date they are on application processing.thanks

I got an offer of place 2 study in university of greenwich,paid my fees and There was dey in getting my cas. it took 4 weeks before i recieved my CAS.i applied for visa on the 15th of this month n nothing yet from the ukba.i was given extensiön by the school till 30th september which is almost lapsed.please i want to know if i was to be given another extension will i be the one to notify the ukba? Or the university? Please i would be expecting an answer

@gbemzie 4 using two sittings you wil multiply ur normal weightd score by 0.8. Like if u add 56 with d two sittings.it wil be 56*0.8 to get ur final score.

@mote 2, your weighted score is 81.1. D subjects used are maths.physics.chem.english and biology .

Yes furthermaths can be used instead of biology.

i think the cbt post ume issue is a rumour cuz nuthing has been discussed about the post utme. we just resumed for second semester.

@ife your weighted score is ok for you to be invited for the screening.you will beat the localty cut off. then cut off marks is determined my the amount of people that applied for a course. the cut off marks for this year's screening will soon be released but will be just + or - 2 from last years cut off. u can use last year cut off as reference. i can help in the type of questions that would be asked during the interview. i mean faculty of science and technology students

@oye.wizzy im sorry your weighted average is 39.9 and the lowest course in ui is 40 which is archeology and anthropology. but their is no harm in trial. @ife here is my number 07082493050.it will be on for the next 2 months cuz im planing of transferring my studies to a south African university.and im always online. take care

@Taiwohmo .they are both qualified for the post ume screening.their results is excellent.so far its first choice they would be invited.my cousin also chose law as her study programme in ui

@: the_telz. to be sincere with u dat weighted score cannot enta 4 electrical/electronics engineering. u will have to change the course wen the change of course comes out. but u will get the post ume form first as soon as it comes out.

hi guys i did my clearance yesterday.all student will do their clearnce at the faculty of social science.the early you go the better because of the multitude.spent 2 days at the school before i can be cleared.about the admission letter you are not given yet but you will be given an authority to pay letter in the school and this is equavalent to the admission letter.
