So here is what the new policy from Hammeed is saying :: that despite the fact that you were not privy to what ever arrangement the car dealer and the govt officials had in the past to sneak cars in, you will be the one to pay for the customs duty (a duty you already paid for as the cost of the car4 years ago) .. so here are question begging for answers

1 : why should the innocent car owner be made to pay failures of the Federal govt to enforce it's customs duty honestly?

2: Why are those who gave this blanket waivers not the the one paying for their mistakes

3: Why should the custom want to eat it's cake and also have it at the expense of the innocent car buyer

4 : Since many of the cars that would definitely default were bought many years ago at what value is the new illegal in country duty going to be paid ..
