Here is what to do... tell your SIster to move in with you temporarily just to shakara the husband, he will definitely come begging, so that's when she gives the condition of opening the boutique b4 she can move back in or to just transfer like 5m to her account. If he refuses, you now have to come in and help your SIster with part of your savings for her to start her biz on a smaller scale and be ready to work hard . |
How can we as Nigerians be so naive and think the FG is completely helpless about the whole situation. No insurgent can last 24hrs without the complicity of the govt. Why was Azazi murdered when he said BW was a pdp agenda? (Yakowa was just a collateral damage) why was Ihejirika removed when he started making progress? Gej knows the victims of BH are likely to be people that will vote buhari so he cant be bothered. If boko haram have been killing pple frm Bayelsa. rivers. imo and other places where he expects to win; the story would have been different. How many pple in the north will actually go out and vote come feb 14? |

I have been thinking about this for a while and thought I should share for more helpful insights or tips. I got a place around Ijaiye, lagos suitable for a restaurant and bar business. Its like a large space in front dat chairs could be arranged for people to drink and watch football matches and a big-enough restaurant at the back. Pls anybody into dis biz should share useful tips, the challenges involved and so on based on the following criteria: The rent there is 50k/months which is abt 650/annum plus agent fee, what's the average cost of the other things involved including stocking of the drinks and so on plus I'm also looking at buying a fairly used snooker table at a corner der too(don't know how much dat is). I have about 1M for dis project so is it really worth venturing into?? Thanks |
debrief08: You wanted a young wife who had no means of supporting you and you got one. She confessed to you before the wedding you still went ahead because your priority wasnt a helpmate but a younger woman. Thanks a lot, It wasn't like I dint plan, at least a few months to the wedding I still had abt 6million Naira working capital which I assumed shld be fine for us to build on, Just had a deal that went sour and really affected a lot of things. The real problem is dat I sometimes blame her for Leading me on to a point dat it was very hard for me to turn back before tellin me d truth. Fine life has to go on but since the baby came, I'v been doing most of the chores and I still have to go and make the money. Its always " I'm attending to d baby, go and buy dis and dis come if u knw u want to eat after a long day. Tried setting her up in a biz abt 6months ago with 200k but she can't account for it now plus she forced me to get a house help around dat time (she insisted on a male) and dat one carted away wit 50k and some valuable just after a week so I decided not to get another one. Babies definitely on hold for now. We both seem to av fallen out of love, communication seem to av broken down and I don't even feel aroused be her anymore and she doesn't care |
9ja_I_hail: My brother God is with us.God said avengers is mine one day will be one day all that has the blood of innocent Biafra women and children will have to be alive and get rottenWe should all get our facts right and stop jumping to conclusion becos of what Fani-kayode said. Awo wrote a letter to the Then head of state (Aguyi Irosi which is an Igbo man) pleading for his release but he rufused, Ojukwu had the opportunity to release Awo too in calabar prison but chose to look the other side. It was now Gowon who freed him and personally drove him to Ikenne in his private car and I guess convinced him on the way why Nigeria should remain as one and even made him the prime minister with the promise dat the military will return power to the civilians. Would you av refused if u were AWO?? |
Hello nairalanders! I'v actually been a guest on dis forum for a while and found it interesting so I decided to register. I now need help on a serious issue bothering my mind and I hope you guys can help out. I'm 30yrs married to 25yr old lady with a 4-month old son. We met in 2008 during my service year and she told me she was in unilorin 200 level biz admin so we started a relationship, It wasn't so serious then cos she was always in school and only come to lagos only on holidays. I finishes my service and got a job in a bank at which I worked only 1 year before I resigned and started my business. All these while I was busy with work and stuffs so d r/ship was more of a phone thingy plus I thought she would have someone in school anyway. I realised I had feelings for dis lady and decided to pursue dis lady even though I had some banker ladies ready to settle down with me but I wanted someone younger . We started dating seriously and I proposed 3months later which she accepted, all was going on fine until abt 3 months to our Introduction when she came crying one day dat she has a confession to make. She said wen actually met a few years back, she did actually lie abt d unilorin biz admin thingy dat she was doing pre degree course there and unfortunately she was unable to get in to study the main course and dat she just gained admission into federal poly ado-ekiti 2010 and the stories went on like dat, even her parent sent for me and started pleading dat I can cancel d intro but if I really love their daughter things can still work out. Even though I felt akward and betrayed, I still went ahead cos I was in love and I felt I was making enough to sustain d marriage. We got marriedin july 2011(sponsored by me and my family cos dem no too get) and she got pregnant immediately. Issues just started happenin like business going down too many expenses I wasn't expecting, basically it was chocking having to carry all d responsibilities and wen she was gonna give birth again like 4 months ago, I spent almost 800k (300 for d CS, 200k for new house rent and like 300 for naming and baby stuffs) which she doesn't appreciate much as she thinks I'm just doing my duty and to confess, I'm broke now as Iv been spending my capital. I can't continue like dis as der is nothing exciting abt d marriage anymore, all d attn is on the new baby and we have not even had sex since d 6th month of d pregnancy. Too many issues but not to bore you guy, I'll need ur honest advice as I'm planning to divorce or run away ... Pls HELP! |
