Do cleaning business. Very easy to set up. Get a biz name registered and get business cards also print handbills. These cost less than N20k. Get brooms, detergents, buckets, etc. Budget N5k for this. Look for a housing estate and go from door to door to introduce yourself and the business. When you get a client, charge N3k - N5k per premises, cleaning twice weekly. Try to get at least 30-50 clients in an estate and environ Then place a banner in an open place requesting for cleaners to apply and u will get more than enough For 50 clients, employ 8 cleaners ie assign a cleaner to 6 clients and prepare a roaster or schedule for the work. Pay the cleaners N7500 each which is the minimum wage and to ensure commitment and loyalty, raise it to N9k. If you have 40 clients paying you N5k each which is very possible and depending on the location of the estate,u can earn up to N200k monthly. Pay the cleaners N60k-N80k and the balance is yours.Your duty is to supervise them to make sure the job is done. Those graduates roaming the streets looking for office or white collar jobs are not wise. |

Nigerians need paypal but they are excluded from it because they abused it. I write for article sites on the internet and some insist on paying through paypal only. The way out is to get a paypal account through the backdoor. |

I have used mtn, zain, starcomms and am using multilinks now. The first two are too slow, the third is faster than them. From my experience, multilinks is the leader of the four. Connects very easily and has fast speed. |

Such offers are always scams what is the promoter investing N15k in,that will generate a return of N36k? Scam business! |
It is not realistic to invest N500k in poultry and realise N5million within 18 months. it is practically not possible. i understand the business and though it is lucrative,it is a high risk business as well. it is not a get-rich-quick business that you can put N1.00 in it and realize N5.00 next week. there are a lot of constraints in the business that can only be overcome by knowledge, not just the money. If one invests in it because he has the money or attracted by earnings potentialities of the business but without having the right details of how to set up and run it profitably, such a person will burn his fingers. The picture above indicates overcrowding which is a serious error.Too many chickens within the chicken house will result to higher mortality rates, higher incidence of,and spread of diseases and poor development. There is money to be made in poultry business in Nigeria because the market is large and the demand for eggs is inelastic. It is one of the most viable small businesses anyone can venture into to make a living or as a hobby For free details visit www.johnayodele. |

Poultry is good. it is lucrative in Nigeria because the market is large and the market for eggs is demand inelastic layer farming is stressful but will fetch a daily income from sales of eggs as a healthy layer will lay an average of 5eggs per week and can lay for 15-18months. But it is a risky venture that requires knowledge to operate. The farmer must have the right information to know what he is doing else he will burn his fingers For free information on poultry farming, please visit my poultry blog at www.johnayodele. |
The major error that many people do in poultry farming is to operate it without knowledge on a trial and error basis. This is the reason why many farmers in Nigeria have problems in the business that is very lucrative but requires knowledge to operate. I have always emphasised on my poultry related posts on this forum that a vet doctor is indispensable to the success of a poultry business. Without a qualified vet personnel in place and where the farmer has no vet skills, the business is as good as dead. Vets are available everywhere and their services are very much affordable. Poultry is very sensitive, requires prompt attention to details and it is not expected that the farmer should run to a forum to seek answers which may be late in coming and may be too late to solve the problem. Please visit my poultry blog at www.johnayodele. for posts on poultry farming To attend to the question on the thread, after a set of broilers has been disposed off, what you need to do immediately and before you can bring in a new set of birds is to clear the chicken house of the droppings and disinfect very thoroughly with lots of water and a strong disinfectant. Disinfect the walls and the floor and leave it to be dry. When it is fully dried, add fresh litter onto the floor and the fresh litter should be 4-5inches deep. Then you can bring in a new set of birds Regards |
