If you want to withdraw from any bank ATM, make sure you video it, if the ATM dispense old note, take in to the bank and ask them to change it for you, if they say no, let them know you have a video of the withdrawal and you are sending it to CBN right away. Then go to social media, post it and tag CBN and other people you know that can help push for the circulation of the video till the bank or the branch manager gets appropriate sanction.

Serious bank. I Know that in Lagos, they are stubborn. But my advice for everyone is, whenever you want to collect money from POS, make sure u ask them maybe they have new naira before u transfer or use ur card because most of them will still want to be giving u old note. Is not ur job to go deposit to bank for them and it may expire in ur hand. If u collect it, u will realize that d people that gave u will be the first to reject it if u want to spend it back for them.

Tinubu has no tangible past records too, if you're honest to yourself. All the shouts of "he built Lagos" is similar to a governor coming in 10 years time to claim he built Abuja whereas Abuja is the current federal capital and is being built with the collective wealth of the country.
There are statistics to support the fact that Obi took Anambra from the lowest indices to one of the best states in this country, but you know Tinubu once said "na statistics we go chop", which is funny considering that same Tinubu claims he was an accountant.

The governor in his state supports a different political party and so he can support anyone he wants to support. Not everyone is like Tinubu who has maintained a strangle-hold on Lagos since he became governor, appointing his cronies as successors.

at least if I can’t mention many of tinubu achievements in Lagos while governing, i wrote Waec and school in Lagos for free during tinubu government. That’s my personal experience and there re many more to mention.

What's even the purpose of changing the notes? You have to have compelling reasons that will be beneficial to the country. So far I have not seen any tangible positive reason for changing it. On top of that, it's been executed very poorly and very unorganized.
Anyone who have plenty of cash if their house can always circumvent the laws and rules in Nigeria to get it into the banking system hence the need for it is valid.
