By "decoy with missiles", are you talking about decoy missiles or missiles that release decoy flares? They are two different things.

Decoy missiles are common and well known. Missiles that release decoy flares are not.

The video shows a Russian missiles releasing decoy flares. This capability is something that has been suspected for a while, but until the Special Military Operation started, no one has confirmed that any weapon system has it. Talking of the AIM-9 Sidewinder, it does not release decoy flares.

Whatever the case and I might be wrong with the example of Sidewinder. But the use of flare, chaffs and RF system is nothing new in missiles tech. But anyways..
