I have tried selling these domain names on undeveloped.com, namesilo.com, afternic.com for almost 2 months all to no avail .I need your honest appraisal on the names.

My question is can i do outbound from any other email address except the email that I used in registering the domain names?

The outbound mails that I sent using my main email, I havent received any response from any of them

Bros, I have sold domains in almost every domain niche you can think of, some I don't even remember, except the LLL or NNN verticals.

There are two types of domain names sales: those who look at seo, backlink metrics and those who pay more attention to the brandability, meaning, brevity of their domain names to command authority.

You begin to have problems with this seo thingy when you deal mostly on geo domain names. Geo domains is good because it can serve as a lever to start your domain career, pay is swift and quicker while the other ones may take a bit of time.

to my own little knowledge, good points .. but i know a good domain name have a higher chance of selling. The very first domain i bought was good(to me) until i did some research on how to know a good domain name and found out that good domain was spammed, though i got a price inquiry on that domain name which i price it too high and never heard from the end user. before i use this google penalized check i selected three of my domains i suspect they are spammed n check if its penalized.. and it came out penalized.
things to note that a domain might be spammed/penalized are checking backlink profile , trustflow to citationflow , etc you can get that on expireddomains/net tabs.
doing research will help alot .

Interesting on this issue of penalize ... Let me do my own research...

This counter offer of a thing, nearly ruined a sale for me, because I believe the buyer will still come back.

I received a $200 offer from inbound, landing page, after doing some outbound.

I countered with a higher price, he rejected even when. I countered with his $200 he even refused. All this happened in between an hour via my domain landing page.

I just shun him and resent the $200 again telling him that's the bottom line I can accept.

But no reply yet.

Woke up around 3am on Dec. 27th to see an offer of $1,500

I immediately countered $2,000

Buyer countered $1,500 again and said (Unfortunately that's as high as I can go. Thank you for the consideration.)

If you are searching your keyword on Google for endusers, if you see adverts appearing at the top of the serach engine results, that's a good sign that people want that keyword. So an enduser may like to have an EMD as his/her domain name.

Another tip. If you are setting your filters on Expireddomains, under Additional tab, at the bottom, tick the box that says Facebook Taken

It will show you domains that have Facebook Pages with the same names. For instance, if it lists lagosvetservices .com, it means you MAY see a Facebook Page with the handle @lagosvetservices

It doesn't always work but when it does, it is a plus. Just check if the FB Page is active. If the business has a website. Even if it has a website that goes by another/similar name, the business MAY want to own a name that matches their FB Page.
