What do I do? My domain isn't up to 60 days reg and the potential buyer doesn't want to create the namesilo acc because he's used to Godaddy. I have told him it isn't an issue as he can later transfer but he's not even responding after reading the messages.

Had a similar issue last month , just send him a message that since you haven't heard from him you take it that his preferred choice of receiving the domain is godaddy . once the domain is over 60days you will inform him. Just tweak a nice email .
Note him might not buy the domain again because of trust , so next time once you received any email of how do I get it to Godaddy under 60days lock is better you don't reply till after 60days

Good morning, let me share an experience that happened to me recently.


I reached out to an end-user about the availability of this doman ''Texas******s.com".
NB: This domain is actually not mine but only available in ED market.


After a couple of days, he replied saying, I should tell him why he needs to buy it. I told him. (In my mind thought I was about clinching my first sale. ) at exactly that time the next day got an email from him saying 'am not sure if that Domain is still available'. I quickly checked it on WHOis. low and behold it's been taken. I then told him they domain is no longer available but the singular is. After some time he replied 'okay how much do u intend ditching it out' I told him.
The next day I woke up to a mail from him saying 'thanks for advising. there were both available'.
I checked WHOis it is no longer available..
Now both domains have been redirected to its main site.
I was just smiling and felt a little bit heartbroken (thought that was going to be my first sale)
Anyways we just move on, lesson leant


NB: thought of buying it earlier but was having some constraints.

I can't but laugh at this situation the question now is who is smarter here? , you should always know that a serious end user(any that wants to buy your domain) makes tedious research before they purchase and also they all have a web guy they contact before buying.. that's y u see offer first and then no reply to ur mails till domain expires(like the web guy as advice him not to) . so don't outbound for unregistered names because it cost the end user nothing to register them . n stop wasting your time outbounding unregistered names use it to create brandable names

An end user just call me on Whatsapp and we spoke about the domain name. He is saying he has doubts about the whole process of buying, and that he will have to make further research about it. What am I expected to do in this scenario? Wait or is there any way to make him feel confident and hasten the transaction?

If I were you I won't contact him for like two weeks not to sound desperate ... just give him time .

Yea n am just confuse y they are backing out ..might b Dan or not ..these end user are always scare of little things , one actually called me to ask if its legit I told him yes that he should click the link through his mail but he told me he doesn't click anything from mail .. I don't even understand epik and their offers...

I recieved a 500usd offer since 2weeks ago on an epik domain, and I have accepted same day, I recieved it because that was my minimum set offer for the said domain. But till today no show. Buyer hasn't paid and am not sure epik even sends a reminder or notify them that offer has been accepted.

I sent buyer a mail through that provided by epik, but no reply.

Is better u keep mailing the end user with different emails ... some end user sometimes send fake offers just to test the system , to me once its over 48hrs after I receive an offer I take the offer as a 50-50chance .. I currently have 7 offers on Dan for last month till today nothing , January get as e be .. But we move on

Start reading and learning ... once you confident invest around 30% then see what's comes out during the 30%investment , if positive then go all in ... Invest wisely

It has have Back link
It must have Keyword(U have done this by researching on the Domain name)
Website must b responsive etc.

Yea.. and even building the site alone is something then content to fill it ... Not as easy as we see it ...except its run as a team

Domaining doesn't have to start and end in what we are currently doing. Think about ways to add more value (real or perceived) to your domain names for juicer sales.

Some people like to restrict the rules of given to just Christianity lol... But like I said, the rule is universal. That is why when you give so much value, it comes back in multiple folds and this is evident in the wealth of world billionaires and millionaires who are the richest on Forbes. They gave something, and the reward is the money in their bank accounts.

Hence I make prayers for my sales, and I attribute all my sales to my prayers!
It was prayer that made me had my first sale 3weeks or less into the business, it was prayer to God that granted me more , and it will prayer that will grant me sales in the future!

Also, believe it or not, even an atheist pray to God, he may not know how or when but he DEFINITELY pray to God.

I must say God's grace exist ... let me use my self as a case study . I Neva believe in doing 10% as I use to say .. but on a faithful day after service n extensive hearing of dropping tithes .. I say let me test it ... Get a envelop n write tithe with no sales for a long time .. BOOM that week sale happen ... Since then every month is on a smooth ride ... so we should pray for God grace to select the right name ....every man to his beliefs , do what works for you

That's how one did to me , initially offered 150 I agree then later told me its way too much after he was advised .. then he asked for my last price I gave him a range of $100 - 125 .Then 3days later he replied with a $80 .. I countered $100 as last n final n deal was closed. Just sit and watch, he will come back
