no i didnt link my application online,i submitted all necessary documents and am yet to receive any mail from cic

I RECEIVED A MAIL THAT MY PROCESSED PASSPORT HAS BEING FORWARDED TO THE VISA CENTRE
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

GO TO ONE OF THE AUTHORISED HOSPITAL ON CIC WEBSITE,AND TAKE YOUR PASSPORT ALONG WITH YOU.TELL THEM YOU WANT TO DO UPFRONT MEDICALS,YOU WILL BE GIVEN A LETTER THAT YOU SUBMIT ALONG SIDE WITH YOUR APPLICATION

i have submitted my application since the 22nd of DECEMBER 2016,and am yet to receive a feedback.its already taking too long and i have tried to contact accra immigration but to no avail
