What are you talking about? If this is the case then no President is going to be answerable to anything as long as he has subordinates under him. He'll just simply blame his 'Ministers' as reasons for his failure.

Buhari fans will blame Shagari's government for Buhari's inefficiencies...Jonathan fans will blame OBJ as well as Ministers for Jonathan's inefficiencies.

I'm not surprised at your reasoning. Oga Jonathan blamed all our past leaders for his inefficiencies at the Lagos rally instead of stating what he intends doing for Nigeria.

If you are used to muslim names especially in the North, you will discover a lot of similarities among them. But one thing is certain, they always have different ways of pronounciation and hence, different ways of spellings. Some examples are: Garuba/Garba, Ishaq/Isiaka/Chaka, Yousuf/Yusuf/Yusuph, Muhammad/Mohammadu/Mohammed/Mohamed, etc.
It is also possible to have a name-sake as your classmate. When I was in Secondary School for instance, I used to have two classmates that interchanged their first and last names: Peter Sunday and Sunday Peter.
We also know if your name is miss-spelt in Waec, what you do as a student is to complain for rectification purpose.
All these explanations may not be new to you but why is Mr Buhari presenting Mohamed's SofR for Mohammadu? Are these not two different identities?
