For university admissions, it's best to choose the course by course evaluation. Either you use WES icap or WES basic. The WES icap costs 205 USD (74k naira) and the WES basic costs 160 USD (58k naira). WES Icap ensures your records are saved with them and you can easily send the transcript to any other school at a later date. The WES basic doesn't offer this. Then there's cost for sealed envelope.
For shipping the evaluated documents to you, you could either choose 7 USD for standard delivery or 75USD for courier delivery. For the WES icap just budget 249USD (91K) to get a copy and to send to your school of choice.
Your transcript has to come directly from your school due to incidents of fraud. Plus you'd need to send your WAEC transcript from WAEC Office directly and waec scratch card. You should replace the failed course grade with the newly passed grade. That's how WES calculates GPA. Also, your final 2 years grade carries more value compared to the other years, so if you did better then, your evaluated grade goes up.
I would however advise that you just pay WES for the evaluation to be certain. The value I got using the free online evaluation was different (lower) compared to the GPA WES sent to me after their own evaluation. I hope this helps... The Argument/debate is unnecessary... This has already been finalized. If not because of the recent incidents that happened one after the other, there won't be any reason or complaints to raise 2-days shipping and scrap the other, we've been using the normal shipping and everything has been going well week by week. In fact, scrapping the normal shipping because of 2-days shipping isn't an improvement. The only improvement is having 2-days shipping alongside the normal shipping.
With the present situation on ground, even if you choose 2-hour shipping... They are most likely going to reach here the same time. How.?
The 5-10 business days shipping has left. This is Biz day 2/3 depending on how you count, whereas the 2 days shipping has not even left the Chicago base to the shipper, not to talk of get it en route to Nigeria. So just calm down and wait..! Everything will go back to the normal way in the next week or two.

My brother has had two rough days back to back so far besides the weather being unfriendly. First he almost got arrested yesterday; the Kroger store manager called the cops on him, he obviously thought he was dealing drugs (black seller, black buyer). My bro was proper cuffed and almost hauled away in a police van (the seller showed his ID on the spot and was let go, my brother had his in his car) thank God he had his ID on him if not, baba for don Dey jail by now. His car was thoroughly searched and when they found nothing incriminating, they had to apologize and let him go.
Secondly, he got robbed some few mins ago while trying to pick up an iPhone X for one of you guys. 
$400 gone!! Seller saw a flash of the wad of cash he had in his pocket from inside the car, dipped his hand into my bro’s pocket and zoomed off..His loss.
Just wanted to share both experiences with you guys. It’s actially not about the pickup fee he charges (which actually isn’t much compared to the risks he’s taking) but to let you know that it actually isn’t as easy as we all think. These pickers are actually putting their lives on the line to satisfy us. We should actually give them some props and cut them some slack when things don’t go as planned.
