i have been trying to get updates from that guy but he isn't responding. Either doesnt read messages or say nothing and he's online steady. The thing is just frustrating. lionlee216 do something please.

Even when I tried calling, it's either the guy doesn't pick up or he drops the call. Not twice, not thrice!

Lionlee216. Your attention is needed here.

I can understand your anger but I’ll implore you to be reflective with your thoughts and learn to hold your peace more .

He’s handling a whole lot of items and people , he cannot respond to everybody once . Also factor in this is a rodeo for him (first time) . I am sure by tomorrow he’d have rolled out a perfect way to ensure everybody gets their item. To all those affected , me inclusive I say emabinu .
A 2 day extra wait won’t kill .

My point of emphasis is really clear if you read my post clearly.

Let's pretend the shipment he's sorting out filled a whole airplane, which isn't the case.

I don't mind if it's another 1 week wait to get my items but my point is let me know it's 1 week time I'll get my stuff or just reply me with something, positive or negative, not just reading messages since morning and ignoring. That isn't cool!

Take am easy on the guy, make he no rush go scatter everything. I'm sure he is sorting things out which he told me

If it's sorting things out as he claimed, don't you think a whole day is too much for that.?

Even a 9-month Pregnant Snail would have finished sorting it out since noon.

What annoys me the most is the fact that he'll read the chats and never reply. Till now, we've not had any solid arrangement in place for the pickup and he's there online reading and ignoring.

Computer science / IT courses in the US in now open to all students irrespective of academic background. Most schools want diverse perspectives in the classes this days and coupled with the increase in IT jobs they usually accept most applicants as much as their class could take. I myself had my bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering but am currently doing masters in Computer Information systems

The issue you would encounter is in funding/GA. Most GA you would receive before getting to campus would require you to tutor or assists the professors in one way or the other, and you might not be considered for such positions because you have not taken courses in computer science / IT.

Nevertheless, if you have funds to cover one session, you can go ahead and apply. You will surely get admitted for Computer science. You can even apply for computation based IT programs like maths & statistics, analytics etc. Some of this courses are now being done under Computer science.

I hope this helps you

Cheers

Thanks a lot for the detailed explanation. God bless you!

I asked question on Dec 1 and just reading response on 31st. The hustle is real shocked
