Bro the gift of words of knowledge is vast in its operation or manifestation and that has led to many interpretations on the manifestations of that gift and I want to believe many of those interpretations are accurate .

The gift of words of knowledge is a revelatory gift .meaning it is a gift of revelation that reveals things you ciould have non with I out been told .
So this gift is a means through which the holy spirit reveals a thing concerning a matter or an information concerning persons ,places or things .

The gift has diverse manifestations like :

A thought .
An intuitive information or directions.
A picture (dream, vision or even imagination)
A feeling
An audible voice of the holy spirit.

Some classified receiving information or messages from angels has part of words of knowledge but that is not a gift .
Seeing an angel is not a gift but an encounter or vision .

And in fact it is called
" WORDS OF KNOWLEDGE " so I think it should deal MAJORLY on words ,but because if the diversity of Its manifestation things like having a body feelings or sensations ,visions ,dreams and others are included .

But i think the major manifestations of that gift are :
receiving informations through thoughts .

having a feeling or a sensation on your body (this one is for those who operate in the gift of healing ,this help them to know which part of the body of a person they are to deal with without the person telling them before hand .
You could hear a preacher say
"There is someone here who has issue with the right eye .
Now no body told that preacher about that but the preacher discern it because they holy spirit touched that particular part in the preachers own body and the preacher then felt it in his body and then knew that somebody in the congregation has issue with that particular area .

Or the preacher could have an intuitive thought come into his mind (this means he was not thinking abiut such thing before then but it came into his heart intrusively and he discerned that it was the holy spirit who speak those words into his heart .

This is a good example of the manifestation of that gift in the bible

He told her how many husbands she had had without her telling him those things
How did he know that ?
It was given to him through the gift of words of knowledge by the holy spirit .
And that could have come into his mind merely as a thought .


Sometimes what you hear could be the person's name ,or any other things concerning the person or something or somebody about them .

The holy spirit most times speaks into our hearts by thoughts .
This means when he whispers into our heart we hear them as thoughts instead of audible words you would hear thoughts and then think it your own thoughts but NOT EVERYTHING YOU HEAR IN YOUR MIND ARE THOUGHTS .
SOME OF THEM ARE THE HOLY SPIRIT ,SOME ARE FRIM DEMONS ,SOME COULD EVEN BE ANOTHER KIND OF SPIRIT .

it is hard to discern what is the holy Spirit words un your heartheart apart from yours ,but the scripture are a major tool to discern what is God's and what didn't not come from God .
What ever is against gods words is not from the holy spirit so you must subject every thoughts you hear to test and then draw the line through the sword of the scriptures .

May people have confused the gift of words of knowledge with the gift of prophecy but they are not the same .

Some people gave words of knowledge and then calls it prophecy but it is not .
Words of knowledge reveals information about a thing or person ,prophecy declares a statement for the future .
Prophecy are received through utterances but words of knowledge can come through signs and feelings .


The gift of words of knowledge needs deliberate practice to manifest for beginners ,so you must make conscious effort to practice some things before they can manifest .

It is possible for a Christian to have all the nine gift of the spirit with I out many of them manifesting .

I will speak about the area of practice and other things .

I'm back .

The gift of words of wisdom. Is not just knowing the right thing to do (as of actions ) but also the right words to say in a complex situation .

There was a day I was having a conversion with a Muslim guy (evangelizing to him )
I raise many points to his counters
But he still argues with me .

So I switched my consciousness towards the holy spirit and he filled my heart with certain words that I don't think I've known before that time .
And when I dropped those words a cord was struck in the Muslim a guy's heart that he was unable to resist .

he was struck at heart and was asked to give is life to Christ .
the challenge he had was confessing Christ but he was surely convicted by those words the holy spirit dropped in my spirit .

Look at this scripture below .
Acts 6:8-10
[8]And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and signs among the people.
[9]Then there arose some from what is called the Synagogue of the Freedmen (Cyrenians, Alexandrians, and those from Cilicia and Asia), disputing with Stephen.
[10]And they were not able to resist the wisdom and the Spirit by which he spoke.

The gift of words of wisdom is inspiration for direction of actions or inspiration of utterance that drives a point home .

And you walk by this when you carry the consciousness of the holy spirit and retain him at heart that you might be able to hear his voice or perceive them .
Then apply what you hear or perceive .

1. Be conscious of the spirit
2. Listen to him by turning your mind to him or become mindful of what he might say
3 . applied what you hear for instruction
or speak what you hear for utterance .

This is sounds like a thing you've been doing already but how do you know if it is the gift or not ?

Answer -circumstances that are challenging or complex which demands shrewdness and wisdom to be dealt with .

That's why I said this might be in somebody's life without them knowing .
Look at this scripture below

Nehemiah 7:5
[5]Then my GOD PUT it INTO MY HEART TO GATHER THE NOBLES, the rulers, and the people, that they might be registered by genealogy. And I found a register of the genealogy of those who had come up in the first return, and found written in it:

this is an inspiration given to Nehemiah
To take an action .that is word of wisdom.




One person can have the nine gifts of the holy spirit Because you have the spirit that gives all of them .
But the ones that are consistent or of more important to a persons life are the ones that would manifest most
While the others would demand for effort lime practicing and engaging their realm be for they can be manifest even though the person might already have them .

You can have a gift but it still could be in a latent state until you build it existence with you into your consciousness and then make deliberate efforts to manifest them .

And the greatest thing you can do is to practice .

Mediating the scriptures and waiting on god also helps in the manifestation of the gifts of words of wisdom (I think )

God's holy spirit is our sufficiency ,teacher ,guide and instructor you should learn to listen to him .
He is willing to speak than we are desiring to hear.
The problem is how to focus your mind on him and not be distracted .

If you can practice waiting on the lord regularly ,and be mindful of his voice within your heart you will hear ,and be thought new things .


Now back to your questions.

The gifts you enumerated are called "the gifts of the spirit " which are nine in number .

1.word of wisdom : this gift is directive in nature .
It is for giving direction on the right thing to do in certain circumstances or situations .
Some people might even have this gift but may still not be aware because it has no tangible manifestation .
They take good actions and then account it to there on calculations and were unconscious of the influence of the holy spirit over such operations .

To get this gift:
is to acknowledge that the holy spirit gives such wise directions and then tune in your consciousness towards him to get a direction on what to do in circumstances you may find difficult to deal with .

REGULARLY Confess to yourself that you have the holy spirit (THAT IS ONLY IF YOU HAVE BEEN BAPTIZED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT )
And say " he will give me wisdom for direction"

This is merely to build it into your consciousness and then walk in it .

If you don't build it into your consciousness you will forget the holy spirit when you should rely on him and then remember him only after you might have taken the wrong step .

As it is written

Proverbs 3:5-7

[5]TRUST in the Lord with all your heart, And LEAN NOT on your own understanding;

[6]In all your ways ACKNOWLEDGE HIM, And HE SHALL DIRECT your paths.

[7]DO not BE WISE in your own eyes;

Fear the Lord and depart from evil.

if he sees that you are willing to be led then he would began to manifest even when you don't expect .

This is a example of the manifestation of the gift of " words of wisdom" in the bible
Though there are many of them .

THE bible says "the spirit give to each one (a gift ) as he (himself ) pleases .

I have noticed that the holy spirit gives gift to people according to their ordinations .

Eg.
if you have a calling of an Evangelist then you are LIKELY to have the gift of healing .

OR

the gift of utterance ( which is somehow connected with the gift of words of wisdom )

As it is written .
Luke 21:15
[15]for I will give you a MOUTH and WISDOM which all your adversaries will not be able to contradict or resist.

The bible also admonish us to pray and ask god for wisdom in faith ,
So ask that god give you that gift in prayer then switch into practice .

WITHOUT PRACTICE THERE WILL BE NO MANIFESTATION


When the apostles had issues with doctrines
James stood up and provided solution through the words of wisdom

Read act 15 :1 -22.

So words of wisdom. Is directive or for direction .
And you depend on the holy spirit for inspiration yo manifest it .
Also ask the father in prayer .

These experiences I asked you about are all literal

There are many mysteries in God that men are yet to find out ,and when people hears it they even doubt because they haven't had such experiences ,some even preach or fight against it .

Those are signs that you do engage the realms of God .

Sir I just read about the dew , I started interceding for people about a month ago and last mouth I was feeling like it rain was drizzling on my head but I didn’t know what it means . If I start singing worship at that time I’ll start feeling it but I don’t feel it now anymore don’t know if it has gone away .

Yes the dew is literal and not figurative.
You would feel fall on you and yet you won't be wet.

Sing praises to God alot and it will intensify
But don't let your praise be because of the dew but praise God for who he is, so that you praises can be accepted as an act of worship.

The reason for the the is hunger and thirst for the presence of God.
Intercessors who are dedicated would walk under open heaven, and would have strange experiences.

A time would come you would feel the water in your mouth , even when you are not praying.
But prayer and praise intensifies this manifestation.

Revelation 22:1-2,16-17

All these scriptures are talking about the same water, and how to have a drink is to THIRST FOR THE PRESENCE OF GOD,
IN PRAYER, FASTING, MEDITATING THE SCRIPTURES, singing PRAISES , AND WORSHIP, INTERCEEDING FOR THE HEALING (salvation) OF THE NATIONS and WAITING UPON THE LORD . etcetera
With a right motive: not because you want the water but because you want, and thirst after God.

Kia sir , this number 10 started happening to me last month after I prayed that the Lord opens my eyes . I became sacred that it was a demonic attack I started feeling much itching on my eyes but I haven’t seen anything yet Is there a reason .
