Actually. There was about 17 million voters. Not sure but an estimate though. I school in Ghana and so far, the so-called change that was promised looks like a scam. The promises he's made were way too much and he got Ghanaians with the promise of eradicating unemployment and creating one factory each in all constituencies. Let's hope it works out for them though.

Francisca Oteng-Mensah (born 14 February 1993) is a parliamentary aspirant of the New Patriotic Party for the Kwabre East Constituency and likely to be the youngest parliamentarian of the fourth republic upon election to the Ghanaian Parliament in the upcoming 2016 parliamentary and Presidential Elections.

Francisca is a daughter of Dr Oteng Gyasi a doctor and a businessman who owns the Angel Group of Companies.

A 22-year-old law student , Francisca Oteng has emerged Ghana’s youngest parliamentarian in history.


Oteng won the Kware East parliamentary seat under the umbrella of the National Patriotic Party (NPP) polling 70,688 votes against the candidate of the ruling NDC who got 1,503 votes.

Oteng is the daughter of Dr. Kwaku Oteng, an entrepreneur and CEO of Angel Group of Companies.
