blackboy:Sorry, bro. But that's not how the law works. |
Zico5:Get education. Simple get information and education naim dey pain you so o. |
Zico5:Bro, so after everything, all you can do is insult me and play the ethnic card? Such a pity. You ought to be better than this. Read. Get informed. Know the law. It may be you tomorrow. Do well and read those sections. Since you don't know what to do with your mb, Google it. |
Jabioro:Bro, those purported confessions are extra judicial and have little or no evidential value, please. Confessions on tape is no way to prove kidnapping beyond reasonable doubt. Every offence has its ingredients. Read abeg. |
Zico5:Which evidence are you talking about? You guys like American legal system but cannot sit down and educate yourselves about how it really works. Please before you continue in your ignorance, go and find out the ingredients of the offence of kidnapping and while you are at it, also do well to read Sections 83 and 84 of the Evidence Act, 2011. And then tell us whether the statement made by Evans qualifies as an extra judicial statement or not, and also try to find out the admissibility or otherwise of extra judicial statements. And also tell your police to conduct proper investigation on cases before running to court and stop messing up cases with sloppy investigation and incompetence. |
NwaAmaikpe:You try well well. It's like you don't know that sleeping with someone's wife though not a crime could lead to acts likely to cause breach of public peace. The police are doing their job and the man could be charged with breach of public peace. Leave police abeg |

That meeting was only shelved in the news. It actually held, not at Ijaw house which is located along sani Abacha road but at a hotel at Imiringi quarters in Yenagoa . Keep deceiving yourselves. Believe the media at your own peril. |
As an oil company operating in a community, what is so difficult in making efforts to develop your area of operation through acts of corporate social responsibility? Why won't you take steps to alleviate the hardships caused by your explorations? What is so difficult in doing the right thing? Sometimes I don't blame these militants. All these e-warriors can conveniently come here to type rubbish because they have not been to these communities to witness the pitfalls of oil exploration. |
35 and unmarried is one of the things you get after playing hard to get for a long time. |
Here are some : too much emphasis on age. The weird belief that older people can't get it wrong. Also, too much belief in pastors. Always repeating words e.g shut up your mouth. Come and go. Etc |
Kiagborekuzi the 1st... The Dein Of Agbor Kingdom. That is my king. A highly educated and vibrant monarch. obi agu!!!!! |
What is court marriage and what is church marriage? The fact that you celebrated your marriage in court doesn't make your marriage more serious than the one celebrated in church. After all it is the same documents you execute in church that you also sign in court which will be filed in the marriage registry at the local government. Your marriage is either traditional or marriage under the Act. Church and court are just venues for celebration of marriages. They are both one and the same thing as long as you are issued a certificate after everything. I wonder why Nigerian girls think celebrating marriage in court makes them 'more married'. Please refer to the Marriage Act and the Matrimonial Causes Act for avoidance of doubt. Be guided properly. |
LeOstrich:Why are you not at the Frontline if you know so much? Online warrior |
That's the kind of change we want in our alma mater. Imagine where students whose main aim is academics cannot find a vacant class to study when library closes because all the classrooms are occupied by fellowships screaming at the top of their voices. Back then, fellowships would even reach a consensus to split time so that they can use the halls one after the other. Sanctity must return to our DELSU for the sake of our younger ones |
Bollinger:mtchew.... |
Bollinger:If you weren't an ediot, you'd perhaps understand the underlying message in the post. Saying safety is an illusion implies that there is nothing as being overly careful. There is always a dangerous side to every thing and everywhere. Next time, if your tomato paste of a brain cannot deduce a statement, just pass. |
Safety is an illusion. Nobody is safe. What must be do, must be do. Ruff sea no matter. #GodBlessNigerianArmy |

shymexx: Personally, I don't think marriage is the problem per se. I believe the problem is the Nigerian judiciary and police force's failure in ensuring that everyone has to be at the legal age (as declared in the Nigerian law/constitution)Given, Customs or Culture are sources of law. But before a Custom or usage can become a rule of law, it must go through what is known as the "Validity Test".Thus, a customary practice which is repugnant to natural justice, equity or good conscience, or which offends against public policy, cannot be given the status of law. Underage marriage does not pass the above tests. There is no right way of doing the wrong thing but those camel phuckerz in the senate wouldn't know about good conscience. |
It angers me, the way white people think they have a scientific explanation to everything that happens. Dear friends, sleep paralysis is a white man's way of saying 'pressing'. I experience it most times and I have a viable remedy for it. It works for me. You are not obliged to believe this but if you find yourself in this situation, b4 u go to bed, put a broom across the entrance of your apartment and another one at the entrance of your room. Also put a bible and a knife or any of both under your pillow. If you are alone in d room, you can sleep naked if you wish or if u are comfy doing so. They won't press you no more. Trust me, it works. It's been working for me since I was 8. |
The Lieutenant Colonel should resign. Nigeria is not worth dying for! |
adulthood: By "punishable offence" u mean its in our constitution as a wrong doing or is it that its the military who choose to punish civilians who adorn the camo voluntarily ?Point of correction- the constitution is not d only book wit rules and regulations guiding Nigeria. There are several other Acts like the Police Act, Marriage Act, Land Use Act, Environmental Act, Companies and Allied Matters Act, Sales of goods Act,Uniform Code of Military Justice, etc. Again, why will u put on Camo, if u know u are not a solja? Soldiers consider it offensive because Camo is not just an ordinary cloth. U earn it through training and toiling. Futhermore, putting on a military uniform wen u are not a soldier amounts to an offence called MIREPRESENTATION. Misrepresentation can be Fraudulent, Innocent or Malicious. And misrepresentation is an offence! Let us do the right thing, people so dat Nigeria will move forward. This is my humble submission. Thank you friends! |
The reason for most relationship failures is language barrier. While one is fluent in English, the other is fluent in lies! |
Just because the super eagles are having a hard time does not give any myopic refree a yardstick to ruin the game. Any team better than eagles should beat eagles. But without the ref's help. This is my humble submission |
My language is igbo and dese are d trending names Akusinachi-Sinachi Ifesinachi-Sinachi as well Kamsiyonna-Kamsi Chimajughim-Chimaj |
