Which evidence are you talking about? You guys like American legal system but cannot sit down and educate yourselves about how it really works. Please before you continue in your ignorance, go and find out the ingredients of the offence of kidnapping and while you are at it, also do well to read Sections 83 and 84 of the Evidence Act, 2011. And then tell us whether the statement made by Evans qualifies as an extra judicial statement or not, and also try to find out the admissibility or otherwise of extra judicial statements. And also tell your police to conduct proper investigation on cases before running to court and stop messing up cases with sloppy investigation and incompetence.
