@egunmojagi, please look at that house on my profile and see if you can do anything to it . Are you a contractor or an agent ? Or money lender ? I don't understand much you said you have contractors who I can trust .i m confuse with that .

I don't know why some people will be so wicked . Someone will spend millions of naira to build a house . Just to raise dpc will be the contractor problem. Fantastically corrupt contractors .

27m . This man might go mad oh . All these contractors doesn't care .they think people pick money from a tree . Forget God in this and look for solution . If I spend that kind of money I won't be here on the net " I will be naked looking for the contractor . E better make e kill me oh .

@abdulwatecx , the problem is this I didn't notice that the dpc of the house was low after plastering inside the house . I find out that was was coming inside each time there is little drop of rain . I talked to the engineer. He said he was sick and didn't know they only used one block for dpc . Now what should I do to stop the water entering into the rooms ? How can I increase the dpc of the house should I go for landscaping even if I know I have only one block left ?

I m only asking for solutions . I cAn do it if I know to work on . That is why I uploaded the picture @ fastshipping . Thanks anyway

Via to the house I upload yesterday. I just left the site. The dpc is one block up and block dawn making it two. What can I do? Please anyone has such experience here?
