TLAX what is the problem apart from the dpc . Pls house has anyone used two blocks dawn one up for dpc ?

@kola i didnt notice it , if not for the guy that told me i dont know anythin called dpc and it was already late cos i have paid for the roofing if not i could have started all over again, the engineer said they used two blocks dawn and one up , i hate him already because i dont see reason why he should do that , i will do the landscapping , increase the height of the front door ,

Kola what are you talking about ? The house has pillers all around . Remember if there is no solid foundation that parapet won't last one year . For the plastering I think you need to take a close look with this pics . Even if I want to build again I will only change engineer but I will retain the guys that did the plastering .

The dpc is low . Three blocks was used . Two dawn one up . The pillers can still be joined together . I know what I am doing . Show one of your completed project . Let also judge from there .

We'll all these things doesn't move me . It's like I am in a club waiting for the DJ to play my favorite song . I know where the fault is and I am waiting for a professional to state it out . My bro is in Belgium and he needs the picture of the house . It's a family house I spent more than him but this is something that has to do with trust. I was not there when they started the foundation . I only gave my mum the house plan and she gave 300 k to the contractor . The only thing I could see is this . That is why I travelled this time to do the plastering myself . I can't ask my bro is Belgium for money right now because I felt lots need to be done first . I m using my money again for this . Sometimes pple will offend you and you have nothing to do than to cry deeply in your heart . That is the story b/w me and this engineer . They said when everything is completed that I won't know it was once like this . But I Am scared to spend money . He is free now but I live with pain . That is life .dont trust anyone

maybe its the phone used in snapping the house , the plastering was done perfectly , we never noticed the dpc , i am not an engineer it was when i invited a friend to inspect the house that was when he said everything was perfectly done but the dpc is low , i asked him what he was talking about ' he said the house is very close to the ground ' that was when i noticed it and i felt bad i wanted to fight the engineer unfortunately he said he was sick when the house was constructed . secondly i noticed some part of the building was higher than some side , they said its the land . i dont know what to do .its taking my sleep ,

i am not seing anything to read from these comments ,@ erico2k2, @ agarawu23 ,Arnoldfish. where you living is not upto this standard . forget about the plastering , i supervised it myself i want to know how to increase this front dpc so that it wont affect the building if possible increase the whole dpc , and stop the water issue forever.
