So if the Bible tells someone not to touch or eat blood, then because he want to save his life he broke God's law... Even if he didn't die then... Wouldn't he still die later? Will he die as a Saint or a Sinner? How will God judge him.

All those verses are saying DO NOT EAT ANIMALS BLOOD.. IF YOU DO, THOSE ARE THE PUNISHMENT
