u don't need data to watch it . Although it requires a small Internet authentication, after which u can off d data as soon as it connects.

wow..i can't believe my note3 after updating to 4.4.2...it's so awesome, battery life improved, cpu speed increased, speakers working fine.even my dstv drifta doesn't make d phone hot any more..e be like them introduce AC to this 'katkit' o...overall, it's awesome..i give it to Google and sammy for fixing this

ya.i watch it on a galaxy note3.most people are actually unaware of this . I've been rocking this since March. just go to adeyemo alakija around GRA Ikeja(DSTV office) to get it.i got it for #4000 as at then..After getting it, u will go to play store and download 'drifta for android', it's d software that enables it to work.

CAVEAT:subscription is #660 monthly.u get 13 channels including CNN, AFRICA MAGIC, CHANNEL O, NAT GEO WILD..et al

I've recently been sent this update but I'm scared of d battery drain experienced by those who recently updated theirs. i want to ask,please will I still be able to watch dstv after updating,i'm thinking this new version may not be compatible with my dstv drifta.thanks for ur kind replies

what do u mean by it's open for life. If it's connected to a premium account,that should give u access to 16 instead of 13 channels. .Please explain

All recent samsung phones S4, Note 2, Note 3 etc come with ADH (accidental handling damage) warranty which covers the phone for 2 claims within 24 months. In other words i could just smash my phone on the wall and have its broken screen replaced twice free of charge. So unless the user is a cockeyed hooligan, i dont think he or she will want to break the phone screen more than twice. Plus, no curving dey happen. . Abi you no know say we don pay for 2 screens when we dey buy the phone ni, see how much them dey sell the phone. I have always believed in buying what works for you when it comes to phones and cars. No do follow follow go follow name of product instead of functions.

chop knuckle sire...you couldn't have said it better..i bought a dstv drifta and synced it with my note3,now i can watch up to 13 programs for as little as 660 a month.and d picture quality is akin to those seen in 65" LED TVs. I'm so loving life with this device & I just can't Find any reason to drop it

oga..don't mind the broke bottom.if she knows the level of tech in most samsung phones,I swear she will take back her words..i use a galaxy note3 and I can tell u of all d gadgets I have used(HTC one,xperia z1,bbz10,and d crappy iPhone 5s),none has come close to d note3.i hardly drop the phone cos u don't get tired with a note3 if u are tech savvy like me.the least I do with d phone is use it to remotely control my tv,dvd,ac and microwave..i can't start telling u what I can do with it cos it will take till thy Kingdom come.leave that mumu girl make she dey wallow in her delusion

Good work you are doing here.please I just bought a 64gig memory card for my note 3(32gig version,sm900) and d phone keeps telling me memory full.i had to delete some videos to make room for extra space.secondly,when i tried updating from 4.3 to d latest version,they kept telling me i am on d latest update. please what do I do to rectify this?thank you for your kind response.
