This formula will never produce igbo presidency in any party oga, because igbo man Ekwueme former vp keenly contested the presidential primary with the said obasanjo in 1999 that you are always wrongly twisting was zoned to south west. Infact pdp presidential primary was more glamorous and apprehensive than the real presidential election.

It can be done in Nigeria, in the uk it is not one man show that will carry out the procedure unlike in Nigeria. The bitter truth is nigerians are prone to errors.
Vice Chancellor himself is run by the government policy, unilag vc cannot stop selection of a sokoto state candidate with an aggregate of 25% to read medicine over a 69% candiate of a southern origin for a cutoff of 70%. Why not, he knows the best for his children, he can't sacrifice his children for a country that had been hijacked. Not until we have proper restructuring and every national asset/positions can be accessed based on same standard
