Hi all, please I was awarded the scholarship (UK), please what’s the next thing to do. No admission given yet and no application to universities yet.

I need guide please.

I am thinking it's genuine but it actually feels weird. Other years, you'd see people acknowledging on nairaland but this year, maybe the recipients are more reserved.

It started with people receiving mails requesting for money and propositioning the scholarship

Then there's the mistake made on the emails and now ptdf is yet to update their site. It all looks somehow and every mind maybe tempted to doubt but then, I somehow believe this is it!

Not sure PTDF updates their website immediately. Though I admit something just doesn't feel right about the whole thing but congratulations to those who genuinely earned it

I want to respectfully invite the people who claimed that all the news we have bn sharing is fake, if you don't have valid counter evidence, don't come hear and be rubbishing people's information.

Anyone can just decide to keep vital information that might be useful to others to themselves....

I have said independently that I believe it will be out in the second week of this month. This is my prediction without any source before people throw bombs at me. And I will rather not be quoted on this please.

With the judgement on the 6th, the induction is most unlikely to take place this week.

So as it stands...we will have a quick induction early next week and then express/ priority visa application for those people going to the UK 🇬🇧 so they can meet up before the deadline.

However, UK schools can still admit students by 1st to 2nd week max of October.

So let's keep praying 🙏. It's well.

Observing from the previous two years,PTDF conducts the induction ceremony 5 days after releasing the list of awardees.
Inferring from that,if the information from Fatima is legit about the induction ceremony holding on the 6th of September,then the list should be out on Friday,1st of September.

They'll leave a few legit applicants there, however, the rest has been sold to the highest bidder. Take it or leave it.

Well, speculations and the trend so far are fuelling the predictions. Last year's list was released about the same time and induction was done virtually on the 18th, coupled with the fact that most admissions would be closing soon for most schools and the anxiousness of some applicants. You really can't blame anyone for being expectant. Definitely, the list will be out.

I noticed the emphasis on professional membership. Infact I was given line two hours to provide them since I have them but didn't come with them. I had to go get them quickly
