What you keep tripping up on is the added detail of Gen 2. That is not a different story.

There so many places in the bible where details are omitted or added yet you don't take them as different stories but you want to believe Gen 1 & 2 are so.

Ok o as you please.
ExactlY LR--- DETAILS WERE OMITTED OR ADDED! For example (again)--- the four gospels--one talked about the birth in details, the others did not.

The Genesis stories are both detailed.  It's either Man was created before animals or animals were created before Man. This ain't a matter of omission or addition.

I rest my lovely case.

LR, It's not a matter of "having more chance to be the same"---it's a matter of the obvious.

Plus whoever put the book of Genesis together (someone didn't actually write it--like they witnessed everything--It was a compilation), must have had struggles in putting those stories together--coz they ain't they same.

How is that you can say that Jesus' genealogies are two different views of the same person and turn around to say Gen 1 & 2 are different stories? Are you yourself not spouting something some pastor told you?
Jesus stories is OBVIOUSLY diff. views of the same person. The disciples that wrote the gospels were all with him. So duh--diff. views. Plus the stories correlate to a very very high extent.

Gen 1&2 are two diff. stories not diff. views, because It's either God created the world and Man the way Gen 1 put it, or it the way Gen 2, put it. It CANNOT be both. It either man was created first Or Last, Or even in the middle (who knows)--

Nope--I'm not spouting something some pastor told me.

Upendo sorry, LR keeps dropping comments and I can't ignore him. grin

Glad you know am being harassed!  tongue

@BABE!
I didn't say you said there are 2 Jesus' that was just an illustration to which you proved my point. The narrations in Gen.1 and 2 were simply two different views of the SAME story not two different stories.
Yes-- I know you didn't say I said there are two Jesus(s). I knew that was an illustration.  I was having my ITK moment.  wink

No---They are not two diff. views of the same stories. They are two diff. stories. We can agree to disagree can't we?

**Upendo is most def. happy at the moment***

Btw, LR, I thought you said Gen 2. was the detailed form of Gen 1. Detailed is not the same "a different view(what you're saying now)" you know? #Justsaying

Tashy Babe

Juvenile delinquency? Babe, I'm lost o. I never said you were a criminal--or did I?

Plus when did I ever dump anything you said on the fact that you're a Juve--apart from today?

If I don't talk, no one else will talk? I don't get that part.

Your latest post just really showed that you're really really a Juve. ( I mean of course, you are)

It was obvious that I was being serious with my "Will you shut the 4uck up?" comment. And you knew it--I didn't put smiley faces. Common sense should have told you that all you needed to reply me with were your logical reasons for your first post. Kapish. There was no need for low-blows and insults.

I didn't insult you did I? I called you a Juve--which is a fact.

I ASKED you to shut the 4uck up--- That was a request--not an insult. It's either you listen to me--or you don't.

It's all cool dude. I ain't tripping.
