Is Abiola way a suitable place to site a medical laboratory or school?

Abiola way is suitable for all commercial business.
But l don't know much on that area more so it will cost you millions of Naira to get a plot of Land.
Be Looking at nothing Less than 5 million to get a plot in that place.

A plot of land cost between N600-750k in that my area now but you can get around N500k between half of a kilometer to one kilometer away from me.

See attached. This was done in 2016 and it was done in the village. Bag of cement was still N1,400 as at the time of this quotation. When i eventually did it in the same 2016, bag of cement was then N1,700.
