l've just done mine last two weeks the electrical quoted almost the same quote with yours.
In short l will advise you to reduce the number of wires that he quoted where he wrote 20 buy 17 ,where he wrote 10 buy 8 do that to others too and made sure you are around with them when the work is going on if they need more you will buy more .

I was able to save over N300k after completing the job.
On the workmanship it just to much try and cut in between N180-200k.

Please note that 30ft is the recommended height minimum of water towers. This measurement is very popular amongst homeowners but in all practicality 30ft can easily go wrong. Because when you're quoted 30ft it is for the entire thing without allowance for the part that would be dug and buried below street level.

So depending on your soil condition or the implementation method of the installer, if for example 5ft (or even more) is buried beneath street level, that leaves you with about 25ft or less in practical actual height of your tower. This is about the height of the upper floor lintel level or maybe a bit more. With this scenario, you may suffer constant or occasional water pressure at home. You only have good pressure when your tank is full; half tank, no pressure. Your water tank should be 1 meter minimum above the lintel level for good water pressure.

So "close eye" and do 40ft tower and rest. 40ft is the best no maintenance water tower. With building always add 10% to any recommended minimum.

What if the house is a bungalow must it be 30ft high.

The air conditioners are all 1.5 hp. We made adequate provisions for the wiring, original Nigerian made Cutix cables, 6mm wires were used on all of them to connect them to the DB.

Work resume on Thursday (Yesterday) but met some issues on ground with robbers trying to steal our pumping machine and more than half rings stolen despite the plans we made to secure the place.
Given community water and regretting a later.
The machine was removed and the pipes broken,wires were cut and many more.
Then: Out of bound to fetching of water on this site.

Sorry on this bad incident but l think the site was fenced.

The site is getting different gradually as the fence start coming up and the building taken shape. Filling finished but because of the rain that rained heavily in Lagos/abeokuta axis we need to top it up.
Machine was unable to move on the laterite soil which caused a major setback.

please how many trucks do you used for filling and at what price per one.

We did surface wiring so it wasn't expensive at all..... Conduit wiring are usually more expensive but I think we still spent close to 400k on tbaf... Including payment to PHCH, pole and related expenses.....
