On this part I agree with you. There are many things not going right in Nigeria and we have many people governing us who are criminals pretending to be leaders; but to call Nigeria a joke over this story is a stretch and wrong.

$500 to $800 Euro for a TV? Average price for a brand new world class Roku Smart TV in the US is $100 to $300. Which is about 85 to 260 Euro.

Of course there are out of this world 80 inch TVs for $3000. But a good 40 inch TV is less than $200.

This man's desperation to force every government agency to dance to his whims and caprices is part of the problem of this country. He has basically stampeded out any potential local competitors in the different areas he invests in. There is basically no regulatory agency that is not afraid of him.

The loose ends in government oversights and management of the private sectors has made the economy so vulnerable and Dangote has been ruthlessly exploiting these. Death sentence is now life.

Although to be fair, some people sentenced to death are probably innocent with the way Nigerian judiciary is.

It’s absolutely true. Anyone who has read this book will not be surprised. These guys have been using technology to fight our troops since as far back as 2012.

It’s a big shame that in 2025, our troops still use WhatsApp to chat in battlefronts while bandits are using satellite technology to do their thing.
