4. In the South East where Obi is from, Obi is winning by 90%

In the South West where Tinubu is from, Obi has won Lagos, Atiku took Osun. But when Tinubu takes Ekiti, it is rigging.

5. Obi is winning in Edo State. If you add PDP and APC votes and times it by 2, Obi is still winning. This is a State where there is a PDP Governor and a Former APC National Chairman.

But it is rigging anywhere Obi is not winning. How can a people be this bigoted?

But the election was rigged is coming from the mouth of Labour party supporters.

8. Another unknown Labour party candidate defeated the APC and PDP in the major Senatorial Election in Edo.

The gap was almost 200%. If you add the PDP and APC votes together, the unknown Labour candidate still beat them with over 50k votes and these were not small candidates. They are the two most influential people in Benin!

But Labour Party supporters are still shouting rigging, failed election. Does this make sense

9. Obi is heading to 500,000 votes in Enugu. Whereas Tinubu has less than 5,000 votes in the whole Enugu.

This is not rigged, but wherever Tinubu wins is rigged.

10. Atiku's VP is the GOVERNOR of Delta State.

In Delta State, Obi has won 11 out of the 16 Local Government Areas annoinced so far.

But his supporters are still shouting the election is rigged. Is that not madness?

NB: If you cause the war you are using to bully everyone we will all suffer it. Pat Utomi that is encouraging you will carry his oyinbo face and seek asylum somewhere in America or Europe where he will collect cool breeze and return after your demise to claim hero of democracy. Use sense.

Not true. To be declared winner, a candidate must secure majority of valid votes cast, and must secure 1/3 (25%) of valid votes cast in 2/3 (24 states). If these two conditions are not met, a candidate can never be declared winner

Politicians will have their ways. Na the ordinary Nigerian on the street go suffer. And funny enough, Tinubu go still win and this Naira redesign/swap policy will be revisited.

This Naira redesign policy, though good, is highly politically motivated and as currently being implemented, its only the masses that will suffer. This will highly heat up the polity and national security will be threatened. No fuel, no money and you think people will be happy? ...a calculated recipe for anarchy, I think!

The 2022 Electoral law recommends cancellation and the failure of INEC to cancel it violated the electoral law. Outright cancellation was in the law to act as strong deterrrent to rigging by overvoting by politicians in their strong political bases.
It was either a fatal flaw by the lawyers of Mr Nurudeen Jackson not to do a cross appeal and investigate the results of areas where APC got its highest votes or his lawyers found out that Oyetola's votes were clean and matched BVAS.

THE IGNORANCE OF THE WORKINGS OF BVAS IN OUR ELECTION AS RELATED TO RESULTS TRANSMISSION TO INEC SERVER AND THE REPORTAGE BY THE SERVER.

1. Inec put maximum of 500 to 750 registered voters per polling unit, thus the BVAS were programmed like that.

2. However, there are several polling units with over 1200 registered voters.

3. In such polling units as in (2) above will use minimum of two BVAS on election day for the purpose of election in the affected polling units.

4. At the end of the election, the votes are counted together regardless of the number of BVAS used for the election. The results are then filled into INEC form EC8A and same is then sent to INEC server via the BVAS. This is where the challenge is, remember each BVAS machine does *NOT* contain total number of accredited voters, infact, each BVAS will make the result "seemly" over voting until all the BVAS(s) used in such polling units *SYNCHRONISED*

5. In this context synchronisation means that all data on each of the BVAS machine has been processed together in the server such that all the data added up to form a single data. However, this takes time and depends on many factors such as data size, network of service provider, memory of server and processor, internal working of various diodes, resistors etc.

6. Practical examples of (5) above is when salaries of say police is made through a bank, it is programmed as a single schedule in the bank and paid by the push of a single button "pay" or "approved" but in reality the police officers will get their payment alert at different times across days sometimes weeks. If anyone print the statement of account of the while payment is ongoing the person will have different statements until the payment is completed, that's when system has completed synchronisation.
Another example is that we get many alert balance of account that is incorrect, infact sometimes the gives two different balance in a single text message -
i. Current bal. X
ii. Available bal. Y

7. This was what happened in the case under review, the APC fraudulently got a report from the server while synchronisation is ongoing while the PDP got another report from the same server after more data has synchronised.

8. The above explanation is not known to many people and that may include the judges of the tribunal and future judges at the appeal court and supreme court. *THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE*

9. We need to make this known to the entire public through public advocacy using NGOs NOT LAWYERS. Infact we need to stage INEC ICT Director in an interactive discussion in disguised voter education programme organised by our NGO people.

10. This must be done in national TVs such everybody including would be judges would have understood the whole idea before the appellate courts judgement.

You're right. Prior to Audu's death, there was aliltle lacuna in the law, as regards the death of a victorious candidate after elections. Then, his (Audu) Vice, James Faleke, went to court to claim victory too.

They had no choice but to extend, else, dem for see craze!

Late Abubakar Audu actually contested the election and won, though the election was declared inconclusive. A rerun was conducted and APC still won. Yaya Bello (who emerged 2nd in the primaries) simply inherited Audu's victory

Is this call really in the best interest of Obi's presidential ambition? Has he considered the numerical and voting strength of the Igbos? And what if other tribes drum up this sentimental support for theirs? People should be careful not to polarize this election along ethnic lines

What do you mean by "general hatred for APC"? The AKS APC guber candidate (Obong Akanimo Udofia) is so much loved. AK people are eagerly waiting for him to be cleared by the Appeal court.

He has raised a very valid point. When "respected" southerners keep endorsing their son, the north will do same, and this might dangerously heat up the polity and polarise the nation along religious and ethnic lines (Muslim/Fulani-Hausa north vs Christian Yoruba-Igbo south). You show know dangerous this could be when election results will be declared

Traditional rulers should be consulted in their respective palace. Atiku did same to Obong of Calabar and other Grade A traditional leaders. Even the lowest of them - The Village Head - should be consulted in his palace and not the Village Council Hall or any other place. Its a mark of respect.

This govt has released lots of funds to facilitate and encourage development and also reduce poverty. But unfortunately, most governors have pocketed these monies. Everyone is holding Buhari responsible for the current state of things and no one is asking the governors what they've done with monies gotten.

There is no injustice in the hands if another.
