Which Abia? Abia especially Umuahia is one of the peaceful state or capital in the south east. Nnamdi Nkanu is from Umuahia but hardly hear of sit-at-home. Only few banks and some transport companies observe sit-at-home. But within the capital, there's nothing sit-at-home.
