Please stop all these uninformed rubbish. There has always been a basin development authority in the area since the 70s. Borno and Adanawa states are still No 1 in Agriculture in Nigeria in spite of Boko Haram. The governor of that state unfolded plans for the continued development of the agriculture in the Mambila plateau sone years back even in the midst if set backs. He had been importing agricultural machinery massively from Europe as far back as 2012. There is no new "brilliant" ideas in agriculture only to knuckle down and actualky do something.
