See, you forgot that Amaewhule and others have refused to pursue their case before Justice Donatus Okorowo of the FHC, Abuja filed in December last year, because they deposed in an affidavit evidence there that they indeed defected because of the internal wranglings in the PDP.....

Before that same Court, PDP also stated that the members were no longer in the PDP.... All this in Suit No: FHC/ABJ/CS/1681/2023.

Now both the PDP and Amaewhule-led lawmakers have now nicodemously and chameleonically changed their tunes in another Court in Suit No: FHC/PH/CS/90/2024.

So how can they approbate and reprobate?
How can you tell the Court you indeed defected, then go to another court and say you didn't defect..... Hope you know the implication of that?
