Recently had the same issue where the dishy was taken as long as 20 to 25mins to successfully connect to a satellite. Starlink sent a replacement kit for free, and I have, in turn, dropped the old kit with DHL. Considering that I have had that kit since February last year, it's amazing the support I still enjoy from Starlink. No ISP in this country would support a customer like that.

Note that Starlink has had to replace my router for free twice previously as result of power surge, technical issues.

NERC directed all DisCos to review tariff band A downward to N206.80, and they have all complied since on the 6th of May. I am surprised that you didn't know this. Check your DisCo website or Twitter page.

We were initially placed in band A, later removed and now, we're back in band A. Paying N225 plus 7.5% VAT per unit!! That's crazy!

Are you under AEDC? If so, where is your location? Because those under AEDC are getting up to the minimum 20hrs supply.

Most Band A customers (both the real and those forced into the band) never still see that acclaimed 20-hour daily electricity supply since dem announce Tariff hike.

Band A customers under AEDC are enjoying constant supply. Most average 22hrs per day, others 24hrs.

Starlink refund is instant. The delay in your fund reflecting in your account is from your financial institution. I know this because I have done RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) twice for Starlink kit and refunded instantly. I have also cancelled a deposit for kit and got refunded instantly. If your bank is effective, it shouldn't take more than a business day.

By the way, why is your total refund #500,700?

There's no direct link to the retailer page. Visit the above support page you pasted up there. In the search bar to the left, type Jumia or Konga, then search. You will see all the retailers listed. Now, click on any of them to take you to their page.

Jumia and Konga are both listed under Authorized commercial retailers, not distributors, that's why you didn't find them on the distributors list.

From the letter you posted in the OP, it's obvious that it was the World Bank that directed Bello's government to transfer the surplus to Plateau state government. So, what exactly is the issue here?

Bello is a thief and should be prosecuted accordingly, but creating a useless thread in order to counter another thread that basically states what's on the letter above is meaningless.
