You call the oil in someone's backyard a Federal Government Asset. So, now, you take away the oil and leave the Niger Deltans in hunger, in darkness and without even roads, but you go ahead and want to allocate free land mass as grazing land to 'individual' fulani cattle rearers who by the way are not contributing to national wealth but to their pockets.

I have never seen a country where a President approve free land to individuals of a certain ethnic group to rear their cattles while taking away the land of others to give to that tribe and taking the oil of the same people and sharing to everyone including the cattle rearers.

In essence, you take away their oil and call it National Assets, and then take their land away and give to your brothers who are not contributing to national assets. Leaving the people without their oil and without their land.

The days of reckoning are coming , real fast.

I wonder why the mordern Biafran soilders have not break KANU prison and freed him by now or they are waiting for Supreme Court of Nigeria to give verdict in favour of a man that holds a Nigerian, UK, Biafran passports at thesame time.

I pray that his case will not be like that of Ken Saro Wiwa that was executed by no nonsense Sanni Abacha and nothing happened. The Biafran thing should have make sense during Abacha regime then you will realize that Pastor Yakubu Gowon was a nice Christian at such a tender age( check Gown age during the civil war).

A lot of the food consumed, about 80%, comes from the north. I remember a few years back when the northerners went in strike cos some trucks bringing foodstuffs were seized at the Lagos IB tollgate.

Food was scarce. No tomatoes, pepper etc. It wasn't funny.

Bottomline, all regions are important cos we all contribute in our various ways.

No need for ethnic sentiments.

The Western Sahara issue is not like the Biafra issue for these reasons

1.Western Sahara was a colony of Spain (was called Spanish Morocco)....while Morocco proper was a colony of France.

2. Morocco got independence from France in the 1960's. Western Sahara did not get independence till 1975.

3.When Spain quit Western Sahara.....Morocco and Mauritania marched in and split the country between themselves.

4.Eventually, Mauritania left its half of Western Sahara....which was taken over by Morocco eventually.

5.The OAU (Now AU) Strongly censured Morocco for its activity....and as a result....Morocco pulled out of the then OAU in 1975. Since then, they have stayed out.

6.Since the 1970's,Nigeria has always backed the Western Sahara.....in line with OAU/AU mandates. So..Buhari is just continuing an old policy...which is backed by all other African states. is your placenta attached to igbo people that you look for every reason to justify their staying with you?

@ Fadekebisola: I wanted to type this when you started this thread; when it was still about five comments or so; but now that you've had 'first hand' experience of the BILE, HATE and TOXICITY of these people as shown in their comments above; use these as a sort of 'wisdom' henceforth in your dealings with them (If you have anything to do with them at all).

I came to the conclusion long ago that these people ARE NOT good people, though there are still A FEW good IGBO'S among them; you just have to know the individual you are dealing with.
