[2026-05-12 6.42pm] I logged in and noticed he has added "(mod)" badge beside names of moderators. The badge are even different colours. Lol ![]() I shwear 2 gad, he has also done something funny to the top/bottom border of the posts container. I can't quite lay my finger on what he did with the border. Ghadamit! |
kpankpangolo:Well, that makes sense. I'm beginning to realize that my time with most ladies only cost me resources, and worse, my time! Last week, a friend pleaded with me to come over to her place, so I did, reluctantly. I left one of my guys to go there. With my guy, we were seriously discussing formats and updates. But upon getting to the girl, hmmm... We had a very lengthy chat, but everything was very superficial. Just n0ncense to be honest. While driving back home, I just couldn't help but think about all my previous conversations with her and other girls in my life. Now I cant un-notice how superficial those conversations were. No updates, no insights, no nothing. There are so many instances, and I wonder if its just me. That's why I'm asking you people (men) to recall your previous conversations with woman and share. I'm trying to find out if this is just a "Nigerian girl" problem too. |
Well, I actually did the opposite. 10 years ago, I knew I was going to be filthy rich but I needed time putting my plans together. I had zero. Today, I'm sitting on over N100m and increasing. If you came from millions to zero, that just indicates that you can do it again. |
Mariangeles:Well, turns out human beings ARE NOT BIRDS. Do birds wear makeup? We. Are. Not. The same. |
I'm curious. As a guy, have you ever had a meaningful conversation with a female? As in she gave you real update that worked for you, or insights that truly changed you? If you have, tell us, and also mention her nationality. |
I'd like to plug-in fully in you know what I mean |
I logged in today, 6/May/2026, and noticed he did something with the color of the "Nairaland Forum" at the top of the site |
I should pay 5 fat cows just to keep a fat cow in my house? ![]() |
How much for NGO? |
Also if you know alternatives that won't draw the attention of regulatory bodies, please share.
|
Lol Sometimes I wonder... If all guys start telling girls this, will girls buckle up and become stronger to fend for, and protect themselves, or they'll break and all become straight-up hores? ![]() |
Checks out. "Male heads are generally larger, more angular, and robust with thicker brow ridges, sloping foreheads, and square jaws, while female heads are typically smaller, smoother, and more rounded with vertical foreheads and delicate jaws." |
1. Who uploads the data? If your answer is "Landlords/agents" then you need to be serious. We're in Nigeria. 2. How do you ear from it? If your answer is "commission", then you need to be serious. Landlords only give commission to Agents, and agents are to broke, evil, and stingy to cut for you. A lot of nice ideas die in Nigeria because Nigerians only know how to use social media. These kinds of apps MIGHT only work in really big cities. |
If your "startup" can be built entirely in a code editor (aka websites and software), the you're not gonna make it. That era is over. |
[ChangeLog] He has added polls ![]() This feature was added between late December, 2025 |
The first time I started noticing was when he changed the sharp borders to rounded borders around 2021 or so... Can't really remember. He then smiled at himself, as he let it settle in. Then came the lighter green. Sign in with Google... The logo image to a text based one. [ChangeLog] [December 2024] Polls added [April, 2026] I noticed uploading a picture to a post now show a preview of the image I came back here after some time and saw that he did something funny with the buttons ![]() He must have really loved the button job after a long day trying to get it right ![]() Then, like he's hiding that nearly invincible sun that changes the theme to dark/light mode. Lol. No sir, we can see it. It feels like he's hiding it, but also not hiding it, at the same time. Haha. I'm not even sure I've mentioned everything. I find this pattern really funny tho. Maybe we should play a game where we predict what he'll do next. He doesn't seem to be big on box-shadow, but I thing hell do something silly and VERY minimal with those next. |
2. Child 3. Sweat 4. Potential clinginess from her/you 5. Another sweaty human lying next to you of which you wouldn't know what to do with 6. Potential financial black hole 7. ? |
seunthomas:Lol. It's an existing business. You didn't read? |
No chit. I own a "fintech", and I know the amount of batchit regulations and barriers I chop from CBN and existing payment gateways. Explain how you'll deduct my money if I refuse to come back online. That's what users will be worried about. Explain. |
Don't want to sound dismissive. Keep up the good work, but what is there to review? That you used AI's trademark rounded borders with one sided border color? You probably used Claude or Deepseek as the UI is screening their names. Keep building stuff, Acode in combination with Termux is wonderful. You're almost limitless. One day you'll eventually build something useful, unlike this calculator thing. |
Ahh... Really? Is it that there are no higher institution students on this website? Ahhh |
The new Student Venture Capital Grant (S-VCG) portal is a mess right now and there's no way to contact the ministry online. Nigerian institutions has for too long been a place where Innovation from brilliant active minds bite the dust. I saw this initiative from S-VCG, and I thought it was wonderful, but the challenges are just too much for applicants. - Constant “Internal Server Error” - Fake/placeholder phone numbers like (0800000000) everywhere, even on their contact page. - Contact emails bouncing back (invalid) as seen in my screenshots. - WhatsApp number listed doesn’t exist, of course. - Many departments missing from university list & no option to even add yours or contact them. What I've gathered so far: @DrTunjiAlausa @NigEducation Federal Ministry of Education, Nigeria Facebook: /nigeducation Twitter/X: none Minister of Education: Dr. Maruf Tunji Alausa Twitter/X: /DrTunjiAlausa LinkedIn: /dr-tunji-alausa/ This is a very important initiative and a lot of us have been left stranded and unattended to. Please Nlfpmod and Seun, we need your platform to gather answers. It almost feels as if they're whining us for something they know isn't serious. First I noticed they just converted the old Tvet.education.gov.ng website into this new one as a lot of things still sync with TVET. TL;DR Any student applying here?? Please let's gather and coordinate mass contact to the relevant authorities to fix these issues. Did you apply? Did you have any reason to contact the ministry? Did they respond? Please share your experience.

SHARIA LAW IS NOT A CUSTOMARY LAW. It claws every aspect of the general law and rights in Nigeria, not just the north. Here's a small example of the effect of Sharia law on the Nigerian economy: - Alcohol Ban, Full VAT Share ... Sharia states ban alcohol but get VAT from it. - Destroy Goods, Take Tax... They seize alcohol yet share its VAT. - Lagos Pays for North... Lagos funds Sharia states via VAT. - Fixed Northern Fund... VAT supports NEDC despite zero local input. - Policy Creates Dependency... Bans cut revenue; federal funds fill gap. You see, sharia law is light years ahead of other customary laws. Actually, it is not a customary law as it's scope is wider. And the radicality of those who uphold it is light years of vawulance ahead of the radicality of other customs. While you deceive yourself that sharia is customary, those who know what's going on in the background understand that Sharia is a Nigerian law, and totally NOT customary. That's what they make you believe while they laugh at you behind the scenes. Dey Play. No worry. |
As I always say: SHARIA LAW IS NOT A CUSTOMARY LAW. It claws every aspect of the general law and rights in Nigeria, not just the north. Debates and arguments both online and offline achieve nothing. One party just stops talking when they lack points. They'll go home thinking of more points and come back when they have more. It's a waste. The two opinions are already carved in stone. Arguments are only profitable in court, or agenda creation. |
SHARIA LAW IS NOT CUSTOMARY LAW. OUR M.uMU DON FINISH Sharia is deep-rooted in the Nigerian law, economic laws, and sharing formulas. Sharia is the second Nigerian law, it goes beyond geopolitical borders. It is nationwide. Our M.U..MU never do?? |
hafeeanubasy:Well, you see, those are really nice points from you. But don't forget to understand Extent of Damage. The average Igbo youth is not more than willing to Jungle-IPOB you. Do not underestimate the power of things that are ingrained in religion. That's why even "learned" Muslim youths can Jungle-sharia you even in a learned enveronment like a University. The average Igbo person and the average Muslim person are not the same. Also don't forget the economic unfairness sharia brings: - Alcohol Ban, Full VAT Share ... Sharia states ban alcohol but get VAT from it. - Destroy Goods, Take Tax... They seize alcohol yet share its VAT. - Lagos Pays for North... Lagos funds Sharia states via VAT. - Fixed Northern Fund... VAT supports NEDC despite zero local input. - Policy Creates Dependency... Bans cut revenue; federal funds fill gap. You see, sharia law is light years ahead of your Igbo customary law. hafeeanubasy:Go "misbehave" up north and see how them go Jungle-sharia law you. No worry. By then you go understand say no be only for their people. You're included. Sharia is Nationwide. It even determines budget sharing formulas. Dey Play. |
