i really feel for Federer.
i started watching the match but couldn't finish it. when i later learnt he lost i was gutted.
i agree with you here
i kind of feel Fedex should have pulled out from onset, all this losses may just affect him psychologically i think
i think it will definitely affect him psychologically (if not already). Roger really hates losing. i don't think he will like himself very much now. his body language says it all. but everyone knows that everything that has a beginning has an end and you cant win everyday forever.
Andy Murray is on fire now and he looks like he will win it but you never know.
SportsRe: Tennis Masters Cup Shanghai 2008 by bagoma(f): 12:53pm On Nov 12, 2008
Andy Murray just beat Simon. 6-4, 6-2.
Murray leads in his group.

well, so far its a single source story.
no other station has carried the story yet so i doubt its credibility. Sky news seems to doubt it too.
i mean if its true, its too big a story not to make the rounds in seconds.
Foreign AffairsRe: US Elections 2008 Results: Obama vs Mccain by bagoma(f): 9:38pm On Oct 27, 2008

pafun:
Splendid !!
Finally someone who has really experienced living in the UK and not just emotional twits.
Your friend's father is lucky to get called up by the agency twice a week. Some only get to work two days in a month and these are teachers for God's sake  - thet are supposed to be ALWAYS in demand !! My auntie  a nurse of more than two decades experience and living in UK for more than 15 years sometimes doesn't get an employment  agency call for more than 2 months !!  I personally know a Naija doctor from my church who lives on unemployment benefits. Now if these people with preferred skills are doing this badly you can imagine what all these other loudmouths on this forum with lesser skills may be doing. Migration is not all about bad conditions at home , It is also about adventure . Many of my British professional colleagues were working in Australia, New Zealand, US , Canada , Middle East even before the economy went  pafuka in UK , and also there were lots of Antipodeans that we worked together in the UK many wondering what they were doing there as it was cheaper to live at home. Even if Naija had the best of everything in the world those who will migrate will still migrate.
pafun,
well done jare.
as bad as Nigeria is, we still have foreigners living and working here. among them are british citizens.
people migrate for various reasons!

the spuds have sacked Juan de Ramos and his entire team.(so much promise when he took over last year, it's all turned to dust!)
Now its Redknapp to the rescue. (just hope his case doesn't turn out like that of Sam Allardyse and Newcastle)

starting to feel sorry for Spurs, they appear to be under a powerful curse. grin
