@ Dayo,
I bet Murray knows that some folks think like you do and he's out to make y'all eat your words.
I'm not a fan of his but he's playing well enough for me to pay attention!!!
I'm not ruling him out at all.
this is between him, Rafa and Roger, methinks.
SportsRe: Australian Open 2009 - Men by bagoma(f): 3:45pm On Jan 25, 2009
Baghdatis has clawed his way back into the match, refusing to say die.
1-6, 6-7, 7-6. He's just taken the match into four set, maybe even 5, who knows.
so here we go fourth set begins now.
game on!
SportsRe: Australian Open 2009 - Men by bagoma(f): 2:47pm On Jan 25, 2009
Baghdatis is two sets down and not looking good at all in the third.
SportsRe: Australian Open 2009 - Men by bagoma(f): 2:30pm On Jan 25, 2009
@ David,
that guy is driven! Andy Murray.

Ok so Fed had a scare today. just saw the match-cast for his game against Byderch.
he is up against del potro

while Djokovic should take his ongoing match against Bagdatis to clash up with Roddick.
exciting i must say, Bagdhatis not going down without a fight. his down one set already and battling to stay alive in the second.
lets see how it pans out.
SportsRe: Australian Open 2009 - Women by bagoma(f): 2:20pm On Jan 25, 2009
Jelena out. just heard now.
when is she going to win a grand slam?
indeed, female tennis is downhill now, no clear leaders.
SportsRe: Australian Open 2009 - Men by bagoma(f): 1:37pm On Jan 24, 2009
Murray means business and we all should stand up and take note!
SportsRe: Australian Open 2009 - Men by bagoma(f): 9:26pm On Jan 23, 2009
ok, Federer is going to be up against Djokovic in the semis
only if Djokovic gets past baghdatis and Fed beats Berdych but i'm looking ahead already.
Certainly Fed will be in the Semi but not 100% certain of my serb friend.

would love to see the defending champ play Fed again and
I'm willing to bet Federer is taking that one quite as easily as he did Safin's!
anyone wanna bet?
SportsRe: Australian Open 2009 - Men by bagoma(f): 7:51am On Jan 23, 2009
Jelena just got through to the fourth round with a win over Sugiyama 6-4, 6-4.
good!
the heat is not her friend at all.

Roddick against Santoro underway now.
Presently Roddick leading 2-0 i.e 6-3, 6-4. interesting match.
third set underway,
SportsRe: Australian Open 2009 - Men by bagoma(f): 5:53am On Jan 23, 2009
@ David,
i only thought it would make the thread much more interesting if we could talk all about the australian open here, thats all.
what's with your dislike of Ana? at least she is pleasing to the eyes, she is just so fine. grin grin
True the women's tennis is a little bit on the downhill now.

SportsRe: Australian Open 2009 - Men by bagoma(f): 8:24pm On Jan 22, 2009
why is the title of this thread Australian Open 2009 - Menhuh

My Venus crashed out today, i didnt see the match but from what i read, i feel so sorry for her.
she had a match point! damn!
i hope Jelena wins this but the heat might prove to be her undoing.

i bow for the USA! WOW, what a nation, what a people.
I see Obama going down in history as perhaps the greatest president in this time.
somehow he brings confidence and hope and strength with him. i believe he will succeed!
I rejoice with the American people and i pray that God will give us great leaders as such
that will transform our Nation and make us great!
God bless our country!

michael phelps smashing the world record set ages ago by winning 8 gold in a single olympic. he was awesome!!! breaking the world record on seven of those events. simply unbelieavable!!!
Usain bolt breaking the 100m world record in such style! - looked so effortless. Wow!

nateevs:
@Akola. .

I don't even know where to start with you . . . Firstly you are not the one who should start things like "IDIOT" . . I will save that for now!!

Look it's easy for me to say sack Scolari and start chanting with the campaign. . It's always the easy way out. . . I do want to go the easy way out . . even if we end the season trophyless. . Do you get that?

If you fire Scolari, who will you replace him with ? I want an answer to that question . . .

Club stability is not built by being only Trophy hungry. . but being painfully patient at other times. . Not coming here and canvassing for support from rival teams to show your manager is crap!

If you fire Scolari, who will you replace him with ? I want an answer to that question . . .
word!

@ Debosky,
has LFS failed?
