strike should be called off. strike is an ill wind that blows no one any good. its been called off. channels thank God. lets get our lives back to normal. |
i dont know what to think. still sorting my thouhgts. still as confused as ever. ![]() when i heard the news today, my first tot was "what the hell? then there was anger, then shock at the ridiculous amount (but its begining to make sense tho, going by some stories making the rounds and i think that barca is taking a huge risk on him considering his performance last season and the sum does make a wee bit of sense when you think about that.) now back to my thoughts, i later just shrugged and said life goes on, yes the end and the begining of another era for arsenal. we will just wait and see what happens. damn! |
why do peeps here requests to be contacted via email and phone? why do they suddenly give out their contacts so easily? why not just give the guy some advise here? na wa o |

(kidding)seriously, i'd really love to put images to the "voices" i hear here but its a pity i might not be able to attend. my loss, i beleive. pls i'll expect you all the give me the full download of what went down, aiight? cheers. |
myro:haa ha ha ha ,that got me rolling with laughter till tears rolled out of my eyes. damn! that was so funnnnnnny!!!! ![]() |
i think i'm going to enjoy this particular soap more than the gardener's daughter. although its very old. much older than when u are mine. anyway, from what i can gather from the summary of the soap, i think it will be worth my while. personally i love "diego and paloma" as a couple. ![]() |
hi, i can feel ur pain my dear, i am not an extrovert myself and i can understand what you're saying. but i dont think running away is the solution. like someone said you might get another job that requires similar responsibilties, what happens then? you run again? i think this is a psychological issue and might require you see a psychiatrist or a psychologist. goodluck. |
i've had some pretty good buys i'd say flourmills, gtb, wapco, firstbank and zenith in that order yeilded the best results for me over time. bad returns for me will be guiness and ap. |
lawyerchap, where art thou? or are u one of them omawunmi's fan, still grieving and in denial? i hope not. ![]() to all timi haters. timi won, live with it. ![]() as for your certainty that he would make a poor representative for west africa, i say just wait and see. you'll eat your words yet! |
so damn glad timi won. he deserved it more than omawunmi. she wasn't even in the picture initially. wow! go timi, goooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE GRAND FINALE SHOULD HAVE BEEN JODIE OR JOAN, WITH TIMI.(i need to get over myself, thats so stale, )BUT SO GLAD TIMI WON. I'M IN HEAVEN. |
ok girl, i think thats a good step. lets see what happens after this. how he responds. the time off will do you good (though will be painful), just clear your head and be yourself. now this is what i'm expecting from him; when he doesnt hear from you for a few days after such a message, he should make the effort to come see you. anything less is unacceptable. thats my view. |
mustay and co, make una dey thank una God o, your own better pass united own ![]() they were whitewashed, disgraced out of the champions league. their dream of a treble is over too. ![]() i tried to warn them, 4play and co, but they wouldnt listen. ![]() |
more sorrows await another sets of dreamers .more tears tomorrow, |
its liverpool vs ac milan for final ![]() |
ha ha ha ha the dream is only a dream, the reality is nothing but a nightmare. ![]() four cups ko Bleep up ni ![]() quadru what? ![]() |
really its become a show of shame. i mean, what is temitayo still doing there? even jerrilyn was better than her on the night. she was even rattled, not even mentioned as bottom 3? unbelievable! the girl messed up the song and still is confident of winning. she knows what she has backing her up and we know its definetely not her voice or her ability to sing regardless. omawunmi did great on the night. onyeka must've been very proud. the star performance of the night, surely. timi certainly is ingeneous, the way he turned his predicament around was simply amazing. he certainly saved himself from disaster! jerrilyn tried, i was surprised she could sing that well. she looked a bit unsure of herself, i think all the critisism is finally getting to her and she really has lost belief in herself. this is not to say that she deserves to be where she is, but if judging from the night's performance she did far better than temitayo. i'm begining to think she is a better singer too! jodie leaving is still a shock!!! she's a great lady. was able to sing though her heart must have been breaking. thumbs up for her. what a lady! with the way the show is going, i'm convinced we will end up with either temitayo and jerrilyn for the final omawunmi or eric is certainly on their way home next. west african idols. what a show? what disaster!! what enbarrassment!!! ![]() |
@ lawyerchap, i agree with u totally. great analysis. 2 thumbs up. and NO, i dont think jodie is very attractive, but thank God its mostly a singing competition (or so we were meant to believe) ![]() @ suthu, i dont agree that timi cant express himself properly, its just his voice. what you choose to see as low self esteem, i see as humility and it works for me. His looks and speaking voice aint all that for me but he more than makes up for it when he performs/sings. those that must not win the competition is as follows; jerrilyn temitayo omawunmi exactly in that order. |
all hopes isnt lost yet, scummies ![]() thats what i've been trying to tell my younger brother(a never die united fan) since kaka distabilised him. ![]() can you win the treble? only in your dreams!!! ![]() |
yeah good riddance. hello muki. ![]() |
pay him no mind whatsoever fellow gunners. 4play and his fellow scumites plus mustay and his worthless blues just enjoys jerking off on anything arsenal. you see its an obsession. a pity! ![]() hi kit, long time. |
i've given up on the fact that jerrilyn will leave the show anytime soon. its not gonna happen, so i better take my mind off that. the rest of africa i think is voting for her though its glaring that she shouldnt even have been in the top 10. what can anyone do? sh!t happens! i wasnt surprised it was mercy, somehow i knew it'd be her after it was down to the three of them; eric, omawunmi and mercy. temitayo isnt such a great singer for me. jodie's voice isnt that great but she really can sing/perform. timi has picked up these past 2 weeks. and with the way he's going he just might win. i predict the last 3 will be jodie, timi and jerrilyn(though for me that will be a living nightmare) |
ok, lesson of the weekend. english premiership is one big soap opera, unpredictable at every turn. Chelski, never count your chicks before they are hatched. , the same goes for you manure. ![]() |
@ cute-ass, hmmn, you've got a point and i agree with most of what you've said but i just want to chip this in. i would think that if a guy truly loves a girl then he should make out time for her! I spoke with him about the issue, he kept saying wahala oh!!!!!!, that i'm taking things out of hand. he said that i should stop worrying my head that there is no problem.she has said that he thinks she is complaining for nothing which i interprete to mean, he doesnt see anything wrong with his behaviour. he is not feeling her. Then he said that i'm the solution not the problem. I do not know what that means.if he is under some kind of problems he needs to let her in on it. she aught to be his friend too not just a lover and that means they aught to connect nearly on all fronts. she should be hi listening ear, confidant etc. if not then he's probably not the one for the big M word. @ uyai, going back to your ex isnt the best thing at this point. you might want to remember why you left him in the first place, for yourself or for your family(mind you, they are important). dont feel pressured about age, 25 is still very young. you still got all the time in the world to find the perfect guy. give this present relationship a bit more time and see what happens, if he still doesnt understand your concerns/complains, then you should take a break and rethink. all the best. |
4play please post the link to your story. |
,ok o, i hear you. in that case let me welcome you in advance for your return come next season. ![]() gunners for life! thats the way we do it, david. |
