How is this possible?
TravelRe: Nigerian Nurses And Midwives With The Dream Of Working Abroad Let's Meet Here. by Bakaay(f): 2:12pm On May 12, 2021
You need a permanent license for the whole process,

Nmcn abuja can't do license verification for you with temporary license..[/quote]A distant friend of mine started his process while he was doing his internship and I went back to read Barbie's messages, she said she confirmed from nmc uk that it is possible to start the process even as soon as you pass your council exam.

And also, can induction certificate serve as proof of school of nursing training certificate?
TravelRe: Nigerian Nurses And Midwives With The Dream Of Working Abroad Let's Meet Here. by Bakaay(f): 2:01am On May 12, 2021
Hi guys
Soo I have some pressing questions
1 As an intern nurse with temporary license, can NMC UK verify a temporary license ?
2 If I eventually complete my process and make it to the Uk without finishing my internship, can I still collect my permanent license from my school?
3 what documents should I get ready as I'm preparing to start the process?

Thanks.

Now that joe biden has lifted the visa ban Donald trump place on Nigerians is lifted, does this mean we can now start our US waka?
That is for those of us who would love to go to US

THUNDER4real:
You are wrong..it will affect EB3 visa. The ban is on immigrant visa.
Does this mean, the ban will dampen our chances of immigrating to US?

I just info that Donald trump has placed a ban on Nigerian immigration, will this affect nurses planning to travel through agencies like avant?

1..... yes they can as long as you were practicing as a nurse.
2.....you can start the process for the USA right now. Meaning get your credentials assessed with CGFNS and do all you need to do to get to the stage of being eligible for an ATT.
3.... Most agencies dont pay for your transportation to write your exam. They mostly pay for just the exam fees. However this information differs from one agency to another. I would advice that you research the agency you would like to choose and ask them these questions to help you plan better. Also after getting ATT, you have a limited time to write your NCLEX-RN, so that may not be the best time to initiate ist contact with an agency.
4....Yes your BN would be equivalent to a USA BN.
It it possible for me to start right away? The license I have right now is temporary I.e internship license

Hi everyone, this thread has really been enlightening okay I'm a fresh graduate of nursing hoping to go abroad to work but from what have learnt here, you have to have some years of experience my question is

1 can my internship and youth service serve as years of experience
2 can I start the process ( US) while doing internship since it takes like two years to finally get done with everything

3 can I contact an agency midway I.e maybe after I have gotten ATT, so my agency can sponsor my T fare to where I'm going to write the exam

4 I currently have my BNsc in Nigeria does that mean I'll have a BNsc in US
God bless everyone who has been replying to questions on this thread, your response is really needed right now, thanks
