Please dont bother to come back.SAP Consulting is monopolised by foreign firms.most of the coy bring in expert outside the country.
please dont be deceive.most coys in nigeria cannot afford the cost of this software and the few coys believe it is better to give the
contracts to expert from abroad.for the multinational coys ,their parent coys will bring their own people.only may by chance nigerians will
join them as support etc.i dont know why you dont stay in abroad and come when you have projects here or when you are invited for a chat

Please what advice will you give to someone moving out to europe for further sap training and intership?

Please that is not what i said.My point is that SAP ERP Market is dry as far nigeria environment is concern for now, and most of the coys that
deployed this software ,the policy come from their parent coy abroad.for instance alcatel,my friend told me that they brought virtuely
everything to nigeria during their implementation.if you work in coy and they implement fine.The consultant you are talking about
mention them .expert edge they are not really into sap,New horizon too ,they only provides plantform for certifications,serve consulting
certifications and not really project but you talk about sap business one ok and SAP Business One is different from SAP ERP.

All this is irrelevant as far i am concern

Pally i dont understand what you mean unprofessional in this case ,i believe this is a network for us to assist ourselves and if a coy is implementing
or needs any staff i dont understand unprofessional you are talking about .infact all those name mention is only one i have not tried.When FBIR is implementing people informed us and if you know the contact person and if you are luck enough you join the truth and if i ask you a simple question now that which coy are you deploying for does that mean unprofessional and i dont know what you are hiding ?
I chat and visit sites home and abroad and so i am wide but i dont know everything.The names of coy that have actually implemented SAP ERP in Nigeria you can mention them and so what are we talking about and 99% of them brought in their expert abroad.although sap office in nigeria may be doing small small things i dont dispute that

so that candidates can seek for placements in these coys since you said your coy is doing many jobs.

please blame dangote ,i made so contributions earlier on this issue that dangote is just trying to exploits these guys
Many of them criticise me that i dont know what i am doing and i should shut up.Nigeria Business men are mostly exploiters,
if you think critical and understand what makes them ahead of others ,you will know that is fraud is in place.only few are
from God.The law of wealth generation as far as the almighty is concern is not to exploit your fellow human being rather to
create opportunities for them.Nigerians refuse to learn i.e what a govt cannot give you not body in country can give you.
Dangote himself how does he made is money is not through monopoly and exploitenation of nigerian e.g not payts of salaries and if at all
megre remuneration.Check the richest men in europe ,US and other developed countries is through knowledge ,wisdom and understanding but
in africa today especially nigeria our own richest people made it through wicked means .People must understand we need good govt to leverage on
not richest people because the likes of dangote and co are govt officers errand boys ,compare other richest man like bill gate and investigate
how they make their money.People should learn that with good govt we cannot move forward and if there is a good govt many peole we hate to work for
the likes of dangote check this out

I disagree with you.
Certificate is key and it is open door for recruiters to accesss what you know.
it is the first thing.For instance you can use ONE SAP MODULE very well for instance 20 years
A good coy we want you to prove this to them by writing the prescribe exam so that you can become an expert.
Initially you may be recruited but in the long run you pass the prescribe exam to make you Guru
it is only people who do not understand some thingS that we say certification is irrelevant.
For instance i am a member of ICAN and ACCA Finals,BSC Accting .if i dont have these and i am just working
in an audit coy for 20 years ,i tell you sooner or latter i will be advice to leave and A young graduate
that I surpervise is already my boss . experience and Certification ,they all go together and even in some jobs
experience does not matter much but qualifications we be clearly stated in all jobs because the employer we put the person through and even what you have upstairs may become obsolete and could not even face the ever changing business environs.

SAP Training in nigeria is something else ,the opportunities in nigeria is not encouraging .infact i will say is not up to 5%.
Most of the coy that deployed this software brought in expert outside the countries.Coys that deployed this software are very few
in reality .they majorly multinational co -operations ,The likes of Total,Shell,AGIP and very few govt Parastals,Few Banks etc
Few in deed and so SAP Skills investment is not a joke .The cost of traning at east for a module should be Between- N500'000-N1m
All the school running N250'0000,N300000,Traning are just Taking undue advantage of the ignorance of SAP Students or those who
want to go for SAP Skills because they will not tell you all the matrials you need in totality.
For Instance a candidate for SAP Leraning need a good system dedicated for sap ,You need to install the ides,You complete materials
etc
If you have the resources for complete training go for it but if you can travel abroad better but if you are doing something here dont
leave with continue and be learning SAP Side by side Because almost all the training with their sugar coated mouth once they collect
your money and even if you are certified is different world .SAP in nigeria ,there is not really opportunities here but you can fastrack it
if you travel abroad most coys cannot afford the cost of this software it is very expensive ,it is world class software used majorly by
the 500 fortune coys around the globe.if coys does not have money to purchase this generation software ,Job creation both as a support
and Consultant is difficult.Please do not let anybody deceive you,the opportunities are not here except divine intervention
I have spent over a million to certified up till now no contact of Supports jobs anyway .i emphasise dont let anyone convice you for no
reason to leave what is fetching you money for sap.Nigeria economy is a different ball game .

This is a step in the right direction.Initially when ICAN came up with this 100% total exception to ACCA Holders ,i asked myself do they know what they are doing?
Every countries all over the world have their legal,Tax differentials and you cannot do that in ACCA in a deeper revelations.
ACCA is global but what we talking here is nigeria context and practice

i Pray that the aforementioned we have the ability and capacity to go through the programme because the truth is that age count in everything we do in life it ignorant on the part of the world to say that age does not matter,it matters,take for instance you are running a degree at age 40 and above ,we
must not deceive ourselves that age has passed that person and again you can compare him or her with under 20 in the same class.Although they are running
a degree but they are not in the same world with is colleaqs who are under 20.Their thinking and what have you is totally different.

The truth of the matter is that whether you are employer of Labour or Not .You have a God who creates opportunities where there is none.
God never fails .it is we that choose devils options.it is very important to pray and here from God the direction to take in life
you cannot just jump into any profession .We all have destiny either we believe it or not .There is a Purpose for our existence.
and so we must not allow any capitalist out selfish interest and politicking play with our destiny .As far as i concern Dangote companies
is a capitalist because they are there to make profit there was a time When Dangote is soley the cement coy.This coy make it difficult
for many nigerians to afford to build a room due to the monopoly of cement and which makes the cost of cement at a very high price and ofcourse
many other building materials and so many people can have a house on their shelter.if people at least can have a house on their shelter the fear
of unknown will be dratically reduced because come to think of paying house rent,and meet other day to day obligation considering take home of
an average worker with N18'000 Minimum Wage.all dangote need to do is to bring the cost of cement to N450 and see whether those people will come
for this kind of job because the moment you can built a room where you put your family the fear is reduced Because you will not be thinking of paying
House rent all you will be thinking is feeding and others and so i think the strategy of Dangote is exploitation Because he knows that Graduate
will be more productive and less destructive in terms of mtce culture of those Trucks vehicles and reduce overall cost.
Dagonte should team with lagos state government for example to provides more BRTs and also Primary and secondary rehabilitation projects all over the
country
