OR you could create subfolder(s) within the public html folder
and upload the files as index.htm or index.php e.g if you want
www.yoursite.com/page.htm to display as www.yoursite.com/page,
save page.htm as index.htm,create a subfolder named page in
public html and upload the file there.

what you need is a sort of Content Management System
to add content to the site continually ,so that people
can access it.You need to be more specific;is the information
you plan to give free of charge in form of pdf ebooks or what?

You may just build the form to receive only the
login details and a few essential fields at first.
Then when the users login they can fill the rest of the
form at any convenient time.Or may be I didnt get your
picture right.When i work with multistage forms,i usually
use location headers to go from page to page and pass any
variable i need to pass via the query string or hidden form fields.

As a Webmaster,among all the software
you use which do you consider "the killer app"-
that you always bless God for the inventors.
It may be a graphics program,utility,editor
or even a media player.
Personally,I'll vote for Dreamweaver and

They should do something about their bandwidth.People
log in to Yahoo!all over the world and yet dont experience
any problem.May be they should split their servers.
