I want a serious case

Not selective

Total overhauling to serve as deterrent to others
The convictions of 36 civil servants and 20 bank officials will drastically reduce the high level of corruption in the society.

Second term or know second term

Justice must be met to them

A solid case must be on ground
I entirely agree. There must be water tight evidence from the civil servants. Unless career civil servants who aid and abet the wanton theft are tried and convicted, the sensational conviction of governors will have little impact. Those civil servants buy the governor's ill-gotten assets, let concentrate more on them.

11 years we waited patiently for that day. We are also witnesses to Goje, Nyako and Saraki, patiently we will wait for another 5.5 years for those muslims to go to jail. Ask yourself why Kwankwaso et all are jittery? They know that a Buhari second terms is problem for them.
We will get there patiently and gradually, we hope that we will soon get a professional and thorough EFCC in the future.

In 2014, a PDP president, Jonathan was in power. Ekiti was ruled by APC. During the election in Ekiti, Jonathan sent massive military presence to Ekiti. Some APC chieftains were arrested a night before the election. Through this little help from the PDP president, PDP won in Ekiti.
In 2018, the president is APC while PDP is ruling Ekiti. Buhari has paid back fayose in the same coin Jonathan paid the APC in 2014. There was huge military presence in Ekiti, PDP chieftains were arrested a night before this election. Now Fayemi and APC are celebrating their victory, but what next...

The drama hasn't come to an end yet.

...Jonathan was voted out of office in 2015 after helping PDP to win Ekiti in 2014.
In the same way, Buhari will be voted out of office in 2019 after helping APC win Ekiti in 2018.

This will still not be the end of this drama.

... After Jonathan lost in 2015, the APC president that took over, appointed Fayemi who lost in Ekiti in 2014 as minister.
By the time buhari lost next year's election, the PDP president that will take over will certainly appoint Prof Eleka or perhaps Fayose as minister.
This is where the pattern will be completed.

Unfortunately, this is the kind of politics we play in Nigeria.
Sadly, This is where we find ourselves.
Good analysis. You will at least use it to console yourself.

Contesting with Buhari against 2019 would only result into time and money lost.. I doubt if any candidate would beat his incumbent power. Our PVC is as good as useless,it only works where there is no room for rigging like we are currently experiencing now in Ekiti. I can authoritatively say this, Ekiti election was full of rigging, to favour APC candidate, and this was masterminded by PMB
17074 is the difference so far in favour of APC.

I've read the link before you posted it and all it contained was the rigged figures during the elections and NOT what was reported after, by same Newspaper. Mind you, I'm not a fan of FFK we all know he's a controversial fellow but that doesn't mean all he says doesn't make sense. The same Vanguard that reported the link you shared also reproved what I posted and the info of electoral fraud were reported after the whole elections that brought PMB into office. Amazingly, the facts didn't come from the outsider but from respected leaders of Kano state who once governed the state and understood the terrain more than you and I. Have you read the info and compared those figures with those foreigners hired?
I will not allow you to use experience of your level to defeat me. Unless you will provide information in the public realm that defeat a publication from Vanguard, we will continue this conversation in May 2019 .

well, that's what I read from the online news media. I didn't form the figure myself. Femi Fani Kayode of the PDP also said the same so, I quoted them.

I'm coming with more sources I quoted from. Especially the borno votes

well, you're simply entitled to your opinion. I think the guy is right But let make something clear to you, fayose remains the best governor ever produced by Ekiti people and the facts are there. There's also no grassroot governor who understands his people like him. All the roads constructed by this guy when he first came are still there till today. I was shocked when he said he's not going to senate unlike other governors who would find their way into NA after their term expire. The state facilities constructed are there for people to see as well. I had my primary and secondary education in ekiti . I was born and brought up there so, I can tell you what you don't know about the state. The problem fayemi has is humongous. He's tinubu's boy. He was always consulting with the latter when he was governor and a few contracts awarded were being given to tinubu's appointees from Lagos, instead of giving same to Ekiti people. These guys would come, do a wishy-washy job and share the money. The ido-osi-ifaki road constructed by fayemi is in a sorry state now. It didn't even last 6 months before being eroded away. There's no election in Nigeria that isn't characterised by rigging, pls note. Fayemi and fayose rigged the last governorship elections only that fayose was smarter by working hard in the interior and hard-to reach places to canvass them for votes. Buhari's presidential election was also rigged massively in Kano and borno states, with the votes cast outnumbering the registered voters. Borno was counting millions of votes- a state devastated by boko haram with most of the voters resident in various idp camps.
I was reading with interest until when you wrote that votes counted in Kano was more than registered voters and Borno returned millions of votes. Please research the 2011 and 2015 results for Borno, the result was 500000 votes less while Kano has only about 60% turnout.

Lie, unimaid always had female sug VP, the year I graduated 1999 the VP was aisha mustapha which was later President when iliya habu the then president was impeached.

There are so many that I cannot recall their names, may be they never had sug VP after year 2000
Thank you for correcting the error. The first VP in the early 90s is female.

History was made in University of Maiduguri earlier this week when Zahirat Galleon, a student in the Faculty of Education achieved the feat of becoming the first female vice president of the student union of the prestigious university for the first time in 43 years since the establishment of the tertiary institution in 1975.

Aside breaking the norm of male leadership, Zahirat is said to be courageous and will surely use her position to discourage female marginalization. The new SUG EXCOs are to begin their various responsibilities in the forthcoming 2018/2019 session which is rumored to commence next month.

.
That is not true. The first vice-president after student unionism returned to Unimaid in 1995 was female. Maryam Imam was Vice-President to Yusuf Yusufari, after the last student government allegedly led riots that culminated in punishments and actions that gave raise to Garba vs Unimaid.
