Drive to Maryland from Ojota, keep to your right and go up the bridge leading to Mobolaji Bank Anthony. Parking is usually competitive and might cost your around N500-N1,000 so you might want to park elsewhere closely (GTBank, Mr Biggs etc).

Via public transport: Most likely, the final stop for your bus will be Ojota. If your bus stops at Berger, you'll need to board a bus to Ojota/Maryland.
Maryland is 2 bus stops away from Ojota. You can board a BRT bus in the middle lane or a yellow bus from Ojota if you're stopped there. Stop at Maryland bus stop, you will need to cross to your right and walk for like 3 mins from the BRT stop to Mobil station, maryland.
There are usually yellow buses from the bus stop or directly in front of Mobil.
There used to be a lot of bikes and Kekes there but not sure if they are still allowed there due to the ban.

From Maryland, board a bus/keke and alight at abule Onigbabo - it's a few minutes stroll from there. It's a tall building (Etiebet's house) after the church and before Eko hospital.

Applying for the caq is quite seemless.
You'll patiently need to go through the links on the quebec site.

I'll advise you start with the summary page on Concordia's site about applying for the caq.

Firstly, you will need to create an account after which a checklist of required documents will be sent to you.

Secondly, you will upload the required documents and wait for the caq to be processed. Strongly advise you start with the payment of your acceptance fee and the caq immediately.

Was it expressly stated that you must send your official transcript before applying for the study permit? You can see the deadline for sending the transcript in your admission letter.

No it was not stated that I have to send official transcript before applying for Study permit. It is a conditional admission and to fulfill the condition means sending official transcript and paying acceptance fee before July 31st.

PLEASE I have a couple more questions:

1. While applying for CAQ, will I have to apply for study permit separately? and do I need to complete 1 before starting the other?

2. If I begin the CAQ and study permit process now, how long would it take to get my Visa if everything goes well, just a rough estimate of the weeks.

To obtain a Study Permit, you may need to first obtain a CAQ if you're going to be schooling in Quebec. You must find out whether or not you need one depending on your situation.

Hence, after taking the first and second steps you have mentioned above, the next is obtaining CAQ.

Please I need a roadmap to follow for applying for study permit and CAQ. I am confused about the whole process. I have been offered admission by Concordia University and my program start date is 5th of sept. I know the next steps to take to complete my admission are;

1. Pay acceptance fee
2. Send my official transcript to the school
3. Apply for study permit and CAQ

I can get step 1 and 2 done easily, but for step 3, I only know the process for US. I have read through the first page, but it ended up confusing me more.

PLEASE house I need a guide or roadmap on the steps to take in order to apply for study permit and CAQ.

This account was created for me in 2019 by an uncle then who helped in filling it, but now I am doing everything on my own and I intend to create it from scratch. I just finished paying my SEVIS fee. I am a little confused about the next steps.

Firstly, what am I expected to do next? Pay VISA fee? or create a profile on cgi (PLEASE also help with the correct link).

Secondly, abt 3 yrs ago I got denied for a B1/B2 visa, am I expected to use the same login details I used then on this new one?

You are either an employee or self-employed.

I suspect a freelancer can be either, depending. This link (proof of work experience) has the docs required for each; which are you able to provide docs for?

Inconsistent pay can be explained in an LOE, I assume but may work more for self-employed than employee.....just a guess.
